We've had this TV now for over 5 years. Flawless operation and the Google OS works well. Our next TV will be a Sony without doubt

Sony as always made a quality tv. The blacks are stunning picture quality is outstanding. Would definitely recommend buying a sony tv

This TV has a stunning picture and even after many years after being released, stands out. The only thing that lets it down is the response time of the remote control and interface. It's really frustrating how long it takes to get the TV guide up at times. Not sure if it's a software issue or the processor they used in this set. Happily would have given 5 ⭐ if not for this.

This was the TV I had suggested to me 6 years ago so I took the plunge and have possibly regretted it ever since, mainly because when I use the Netflix app, and watch anything in dolby vision, the picture is dark and very grainy. I have tried every which way to adjust the picture quality, but I just can't really watch it. It seems to me that the Netflix app takes over the hdr setting as I cannot adjust it as it is greyed out. On top of this on quite a few occasions the youview app doesn't function properly, forcing me to restart the TV. Anything in UHD is amazing on Netflix. Poor from Sony.

I purchased this a few weeks ago, Only niggles are that the YouView app requires a TV signal, also the HDMI connectors don't allow me to use my Firestick and HDR simultaneously.

I have used Sony all my life, starting with Trinitron series. This LED model has excellent colour depth and contrast, although they could have done more on the audio. Andrios OS has been quite user friendly too.

I have used Samsung The Frame and Sony Bravia recently and in experience Samsung is better for simple reason because it’s working just fine. My bravia remote stopped running one day and to my surprise the tv doesn’t have any buttons on the tv to navigate. So now it’s pain to

Operate my Sony Bravia. Plus obviously it’s expensive to repair :)

Had this tv for last 4 years and always felt that my decision to buy this was a great decision. Picture quality and performance is all great. Sound wise its a standard one but if you would like to feel like home theatre then you can additional sound bar.

Very happy with the TV so far. Picture & sound quality is very good.

Generally very pleased. Picture quality is good and able to cope with sunny days. HDR works well. Only downside is that does not like 1080p60 or 720p60 input. Judders which means it is trying to squash it into p50. My 85” UK Sony has the same fault.

I decided to go full array LCD and not regretted it. I have now had the TV for 4 years with updates, the TV is working better than ever. My next TV will be LCD full array.

After a few years of ownership and itv changes its app. Itvx app not supported by a TV that is only 3 years old! Software should support the expected TV hardware life. Sony TV's must have a short life!!!!!

A great quality LED display, and you would be hard pressed to get better performance video wise for the same money elsewhere. The CPU handling Android TV however is a bit flakey. I have had a number of freezes or jams that could only be cured with a power reset, also kerky performance.

Has issues with Netflix and Dolby Vision HDR - strobing effect, which I think is now cured.

Found Nvidia Shield just outperforms with video, 4K performance, as well as system responsiveness using Andorid TV

I have had this TV for a while now and have just got rid of my Sky subscription deciding to use the in-built Freesat tuner instead BUT the Freesat receiver does not populate the EPG making recording and using it very difficult. It does work but with this major limitation. Otherwise the TV has a great picture and works well.

Television is decent and loads of good features. Sometimes see a bit of lag when going through the apps and settings. Could do with a better choice apps.

Most frustrating thing is when Sony issue an update. TV always has issues after they update the software. Currently, switch the TV on. It then switches itself off and takes about 5 mins to come back on again. It's like a full reboot. This happens on a regular basis. Tried reset to factory settings but no joy. Loads of comments like this on the forums and spoils the enjoyment of the TV. Def think twice before buying Sony

Since i bought this TV, I do not have any problem.

Since moving to Android Sony TVs have gotten worse. Our TV is rebooting all the time at random intervals and no matter what advice we follow it keeps happening

I have owned this TV for over one year. It's a great looking TV enhanced further with a nice slim bezel and more than enough connections. A super picture which can easily be adjusted to enhance the image which I really enjoy in 4K HDR. System updates are straight forward, and new Apps are easy to download and operate from the Android system which supports Google Home and enables searching and playing content from the web. Although I have fitted a sound system, I do like the built-in speakers which provides nice clear sound. The TV has leg attachment's but I prefer it attached on a wall mount. I did have one issue where YouView didn't show previous evening's programmes but a response from Sony within one day provided a straight forward answer which resolved it. It's a TV that won't disappoint.

This TV is great it delivers on all fronts, but unfortunately when viewing content via Netflix etc, you get no control over the Dolby vision and end up with a very dark annoying picture. Sony really needs to do something about this.
