Laite on muuten ihan hyvä, mutta vikakoodit pomppasi ruutuun ennen aikojaan, pyytää vaihtaa aktiivihiilisuodattimen noin 2 kk välein ja hepa suodattimen vikakoodi tuli jo 5kk jälkeen. Käyttöikä aktiivihiilisuodattimessa kuvauksien mukaan 12kk ja hepa suodattimen 24kk. Käyttäminen saattaa tulla melko kalliiksi.

Laite normaalissa kotikäytössä.

Hiljainen ja hyvin automatisoitu laite. Lisäksi puhelimeen ladattavalla applikaatiolla pystyy hallitsemaan laitetta täysin. Tuuletin säätyy ilmanlaadun mukaan eli se ei pyöri turhaan ja pitää äänet minimissä.

Liitin tähän laitteeseen menevät suodattimet, koska niitä ei mainita erikseen missään.

The Philips Series 1000i ticked all the boxes I was looking for in an Air Purifier. Powerful CADR performance to filter the air quickly in our large living spaces and bedrooms, odour control to help remove cooking smells, monitoring of the air quality and WiFi smart controls via the excellent Clean Home+ app.

Setup was a breeze using the iOS smartphone app which connected the purifier to my WiFi network. The included filters were simple to install using the tool free access panel at the front and the purifier was up and running within minutes with the app providing an intuitive interface for control & feedback on the air quality in the room via the Indoor Allergen Index & PM2.5 levels.

This information is also displayed on the touch controls on top of the unit which handily comes with a child lock to prevent little hands from adjusting the settings! A lightweight design and handle to the rear of the touch controls makes the purifier easy to move, for example into a bedroom at nighttime. It comes with a night sensing mode which will turn off the light on the air quality indicator and reduce the fan speed so as not to disturb sleep.

We particularly noticed the difference in quality of sleep when using the 1000i in a bedroom with an open unused chimney. The PM2.5 levels were very high in this room and leaving purifier on Auto mode has made the room a pleasure to use again. It was also noticeable during the pollen season how much of a difference made with my hayfever allergy.

We plan to invest in another unit so that we can have a purifier in both the living and sleeping spaces.

I am happy with my Philips Air Purifier. What a great product. Improvement in air quality is noticeable already on the first day of use. A great feature is that it automatically detects air pollution and switches itself on. I noticed differences in the quality of sleep, also my asthmatic son stopped coughing at night, so I recommend it for people with asthma and allergies. The air purifier was easy to connect to the app, it took me only a few minutes. I really like the fact that you can control it via apps. A great app function is that it shows the state of the filter pollution, so you know when it needs to be replaced. I use my air purifier every day, during the day in the living room and in the bedroom at night. A great product, I definitely recommend Philips Air Purifier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to use and set up, I have been using it in my sons bedroom as he has asthma which is usually worse through the night since using the air purifier his asthma has improved and is coughing less through the night it is a product which can be used anywhere around the house.

The air purifier is good because it is easy to use takes up small amount of space I found to noise level very quite, I like that you can have different settings of Speed also I use the app on my phone to control it which was great it also on the app tells you when the filters need cleaning and changing which is amazing I would definitely recommend this products to anyone with allergies or asthma or with children with asthma and allergies it is a really has changed my son's night times

The advertising speaks to a better, healthier lifestyle, those is not something I recognise. Poor product with extortionately expensive consumables!

Although this product seems to works very well, we have a problem with the filters constantly showing as needing replacing. We've had the unit for approximately 8 months and have so far replaced one of the filters once and now need to replace both. This has proved to be very costly within a less than 12 month period! The filters are supposed to last up to 12 months (carbon) and up to 24 months (hepa) but this simply isn’t the case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Series 1000i ticked all the boxes I wanted for an air purifier! Not only did it clean the air, actively as it moves, but it also has the charcoal filter to remove any odours!

Positioned in my living room, it has significantly reduced the amount of visible dust I see on my furnishings. Being an asthma/allergy sufferer and having two dogs, I can feel in my own self that the air is cleaner, and fresher! No more doggy fragrance after wet walks.

The filters are easy to install and remove, one of which being washable. They appear to also have a decent expected life on them too which shouldn't necessitate changing too often and then becoming a financial burden in using the unit.

I have predominantly used the Auto mode which is excellent. After having a main door open, the unit will pick up that there are pollutants in the air and almost instantaneously increase the air flow to clear these without me having to do a thing, lowering again when the air quality has improved.

All in all, an excellent piece of kit for peace of mind, and less allergy sniffles!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Phillips i1000 air purifier for a few weeks I have to say its impressive. As I am allergic to dust & pollen (hay fever); I tend to sneeze and cough alot but after using the air purifier for a few weeks I notice that I sneezed and cough less often. What I like about the i1000 is that it’s quiet especially at bedtimes; I barely notice that its even on!

Where I find the air purifier really shines in my opinion is working from home. When working long hours at home with the doors and windows closed (to prevent noise) the room would start to feel stuffy (especially in the summer) while working, but with the air purifier in the room, it would feel less stuffy and the room felt cooler like it was acting like a AC while cleaning the air.

The air purifier can be controlled either by pressing the touch sensitive buttons on the machine or through an app which is a nice addition as it will log how much indoor allergen index & pm2.5 were there in the room per hour and will give a recommendation/advice on how to reduce it. I would recommend the Phillips i1000 air purifier to my friends and family and also to people that suffer from asthma, hay fever and dust allergies as it helps reduce the symptoms.

I have this purifier in my hall, near the front door, it is also quite central in my flat. Due to having two cats i have noticed i dont smell them as much since having the purifier. The air also feels cleaner aswell, i do not feel as blocked up in the mornings. It is not too noisy that interupts daily life, it is quiet enough to sleep though. I currently have it on during the day & off though the night, which is prolonging the life of the filters. I have not yet had to clean or change the filters. There is a pet setting, child lock, turbo mode, auto mode & 3 fan settings. The light changes colour for thr air quality.

The app keeps me updated to the air quality, i have set this to notify me of any changes. The timer section is great as i have set the purifier to come on in the morning before we get up & it goes off at night. The app also tells you how long you have left on the 3 filters. Only downside to the app is it could be doing with more timer settings, so i could set the fan speed to turbo first thing for an hour, then have it on another setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips 1000i air purifier has exceeded my expectations.  I am very pleased with the use of this product, within 2 weeks I noticed a significant improvement in the air quality at home.  The device is quiet and quickly improves air quality, I tested it in every room in the house, it works great in the bedroom for the night, first of all, because you can't hear it at all, and secondly, before we started using the purifier, we always woke up with a cough or runny nose  And since using this device, all such allergy symptoms have disappeared. Thirdly, we also have a dog at home, the smell of which, however, was always a little smelling, and since using this device, this problem has also disappeared. I really like the fact that the device works great with the mobile application,  thanks to this, I can remotely control it even when outside the home and thanks to the application I can see when the filter needs to be replaced or cleaned.  The purifier looks very nice.  I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their quality of life.  You will not even feel its size at home, because it is a fairly small purifier.  In fact, it may turn out to be an interesting addition to the decor ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high tech and sleek looking device. It was bigger than what I expected but would blend right in to any modern decor. It’s simple to use and with its colour and numerical indicators, there’s no misunderstanding it. It’s wifi connection and app that links to your phone is a convenient feature. It can be slightly loud when it is working on the higher fan levels but the night time mode can be switched on at any time, if you need it to keep working but really n quieter. The only ‘flaw’ is that the air suction seems to go in the front and come out the upper back, which isn’t great as this device is likely to be positioned in the corner. Overall a great piece of tech that you can literally breathe in the quality!

It was easy to set up the Wi-Fi connection for the air purifier, and operate it using the app. Whilst in operation the air purifier is really quiet and you do not even know it is on. You can really tell a difference when you have got it on, the air feels a lot fresher. It has really helped me and my husband who both suffer with hay fever.

I decided to set the purifier up in my bedroom and see if it could help improve the quality of my sleep. I found that using the purifier at night drastically reduced some of my allergy symptoms and allowed me to wake up feeling less congested. The ‘sleep mode’ is extremely quiet and doesn’t disturb me while sleeping at all. The LED lights can also be dimmed as to not disturb you while in a dark room. I absolutely love using the ‘turbo mode’ after eating a meal as it removes any leftover cooking smells within minutes. The purifier has a host of innovative features (such as the smartphone app) making it a breeze to set up, and the stylish visual display makes it a pleasure to use.

We love our Air purifier. My wife developed a wheeze recently, thought it was allergies. Since we have had these air purifiers she has had no wheeze and feels much better. We love ours. Highly recommend

As expected from Phillips the unit is a nice design that will fit in any room of any style. The footprint of the unit is small and holds its stature well on both hard and soft surfaces. Air is pulled through the front and blown upwards through the rear. On the top is a black control panel in a matte finish, this is preferred to a piano black which is a fingerprint finish. The display is simple, modern and the Night sense feature keeps the display off at night keeping your bedroom nice and dark.

Sound

On its lowest speed or night mode you will barely hear it. This is something Phillips has nailed and is a key feature of this model. You could put this unit in the nursery over winter to keep the air fresh and the room warm.

Filters

Pre-filter - Large objects such as hair and skin are caught here. This filter isn’t replaced and is washed.

Carbon filter - Activated carbon filter removes chemicals, gasses, and odours. The app will let you know when they need changing. I have been running my daily unit for 2 months and am currently at 95%.

HEPA filter - Captures micro particles, allergens, pollen moulds etc. After 2 months of use my filter is 97%.

I have a smart home air quality sensor and they verified the reduction in pollution as the system ran.

Other

Night sense mode automatically drops the LED and lowers the fan speed.

Childlock works well it is easy for an adult to arm and disarm as the unit is a great height for toddlers to push buttons on.

The app provides you with tracking data of pollution and allergen levels. You can set a schedule for on and off time as well as control the device directly from the app. I had some issues with losing connection to the device via the app and assume these will be fixed in update. I have not been able to control the device using other smart home sensors yet.

The unit is very light and easily portable if you wish to move it between rooms.

I would recommend this and product and will be looking at adding additional units to other rooms within the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used purifier in my bedroom for 5 days, but i didn't noticed any diffrence. Then I moved unit to my son's bedroom, as i noticed he start sneezing a lot from a while and purifier really helped. After few days of using, my little one stop sneezing and his nose wasn't blocked that much anymore, which make him sleep better in the night time.

Purifier is really quiet and easy in use, but i had problem to Connect with app. But thats not affect use.
