Apparently they phased out ,their words, spare parts for this two years before I bought it from their website. I’ve just checked and it is still being shown for sale though it says it is not currently available. I found all this out as I needed a simple plastic holder for the humidifier filter. My only option was to send it back for a refund.

I really don’t understand the reasoning behind selling something they no longer make spare parts for that will mean wasting a day waiting in for them to pick it up when a simple repair is needed

It was neccesary for increasing the humidity in the room wich actually works pefect. By side of this you feel the fresh air from the moment you turn on

Easy to use and you get immediate results. The air has the right level of humidity and clean. Ideal for pet lovers

I got this machine in March 2020, just as the lockdown started, setting it up took few minutes at best, since then I have changed the filters and wick (all effortless), the wick requires cleaning every so often from limescale but that too is easy. The machine also comes with an app which (when it does work) lets you set up the machine any way you want & even gives you weather and allergy information. In sleep mode it works so quietly that you can barely notice. All in all, I would definitely recommend.

I have been recovering from throat cancer and have been left with a dry mouth and throat- waking often through the night with a dry mouth and throat.

I now sleep though the night, no stuffy nose or dry throat. Rehydrates the air and purifies too. Excellent-I highly recommend this product.

Good appliance when you don't have issue.

Things to improve:

Mobile app is terrible

Wifi connection is very difficult

Official videos online for maintaining the purifier, for resolving all error codes e.g F0 after cleaning

Improve the mobile app to include every operations to manage and maintain the purifier

Make the accessories cheaper

Kostutus toimii. Asetuksella 50% suhteellinen kosteus nousee runsaasta 20%:sta runsaaseen 30%:iin talvipakkasella 53 m2 tilassa. Vesisäiliön tilavuus on n. 3,75 l. Se on täytettävä kaksi kertaa vuorokaudessa. Suurinta haihdutusasetusta 60% en ole käyttänyt, ettei kosteus nouse niin, että se tiivistyy ja edistäisi homeen kasvua. Haihdutuskiekko on puhdistettava kahden-kolmen viikon välein liuottamalla 5% etikkavedessä kaksi tuntia. Samoin on huuhdeltava ilmansuodatusverkko .

Ilmanpuhdistuksen toimivuudesta en tiedä. Ilmassa leijuvaa pölyä se ei ainakaan ime kuin hyvin vähäisessä määrin. Välillä muutaman kerran päivässä ilmanlaadun merkkivalo syttyy ja puhaltimen kierrokset nousevat 1-2 minuutin ajaksi ja sitten merkkivalosammuu.

Laite on melko äänekäs erityisesti puhaltimen kierrokset nousevat. Kierroksia tarvitaan ajoittain haihduttamisen voimistamiseen ei pelkästään ilmanpuhdistustoimintoon. Vesi lasketaan säiliön alaspäin olevan korkin venttiilistä altaaseen, josta vesi imeytyy pyörivään haihdutuskiekkoon. Altaassa on uimuri, joka aukaisee venttiilin. Säiliössä ei ole yläosassa korvausilmaventtiiliä. Korvausilma nouseekin säiliöön samasta venttiilistä kuin vesi laskee, mistä välillä voimakas klunksuttava ääni.

The device is good in general, very quiet etc.

But something annoying with the usability.

1. when ever I change any setting, there is annoying beeb sound.
2. When ever I change a mode, like from allergenic to sleep mode, ot resets the light setting.
3. I cant change a mode in the middle of the night without waking up the whole family.

Is there a way to disable the sound and keep the led light on same setting? If there is, it should be clearly somewhere in the app UI.

Toimi hyvin, mutta kosteutin heikko. Ei riitä isolle asunnolle

Hankittiin kun koira tuli taloon. Ilma pysynyt todella raikkaana, kostutin ei yhtä tehokas toiminnaltaan. Erittäin tyytyväinen hankitaan!

On ollut ihan hyvä tuote, selkeästi helpottaa ainakin allergiaa ja nyt koronaviruksen aikana todennäköisesti osa viruksista jää suodattimeen jos H1N1 viruskin jää. Ainoa huonopuoli on näppäinten ja toimintojen painalluksesta tuleva äänimerkki jota ei kai saa pois.

Sekä lisäksi hinta on vähän liikaa, halvemmallakin näyttäisi saavan.

Appi on kyllä kätevä lisä josta näkee ilmanlaadun ja voi vaihtaa eri moodia. Sleep moodi on todella hiljainen, pystyy nukkumaan ihan hyvin sen kanssa vaikka kone on 2m päässä. Myös ilmankostutus toimii hyvin, ei todellakaan huomaa että koneesta tulisi kosteaa ilmaa mutta niin se vesitankki vain kuluu eli pisarat on niin pieniä ettei niitä huomaa. Tilasin toisenkin ettei tarvitse jatkuvasti siirrellä eri huoneeseen kun on aika iso kämppä.

Laite on melko isokokoinen, muuten kätevän muotoinen. Ohjausnapit itse laitteessa ovat jonkinlaisia kosketusnappeja, epämääräinen tuntuma. Kauko-ohjaus Androidilla toimii hyvin, selkeämpi kuin itse laite. Kertoo ilmanpuhtaus historian, suodatinvaihdon tarpeen jne. Vesisäiliö voisi olla isompi, nyt täytettävä joka päivä. Hyvä peli.

Päädyin ostamaan tämän, koska se sai hyvät arvostelut ilmanpuhdistuksesta testissä, jossa myös suositeltiin yö-toimintoa käytettäväksi vain alle 11 neliön huoneessa riittävän puhdistustason saamiseksi. Laitett on helpposiirrellä, koska se on kevyt ja rullaa hyvin. Suodattimet pysyvät tiiviisti paikoillaan, mikä oli toisissa laitteissa ongelmana. Sen sijaan niitä tässä koneessa ovat:

• Näppäinääniä ei saa pois päältä. Niiden äänitaso samaa luokkaa mikron nappien kanssa.
• Vesikanisterin täyttäminen onnistuu oikeastaan vain bideellä. Se on 45cm pitkä ja siitä on hyvin vaikea pitää kiinni yhdellä kädellä (toinen hanan käyttöön).
• Pulputtaa hyvin äänekkäästi! Herättää unesta. Tämä sen takia, koska vedensiirto kanisterista haihdutukseen toimii samalla periaatteella kuin toimistoissa ja virastoissa olevissa vesiautomaateissa. Eli saman saa aikaiseksi, jos sellaisesta ottaisi puoli mukillista vettä 10minuutin välein. Tämä on huonoin ominaisuus tässä laitteessa.
• Ei ole ikinä saanut huoneen kosteutta nousemaan kuin hieman yli 50:nen vaikka tilan koko on nooin 30 neliötä, vaikka pitäisi sopia melkein 80-neliöiseen ja ilmanvaihtoventtiilit ovat jo minimissä.

Kuvauksesta poiketen ohjekirjassa lukee, että laitteen voi säätää lopettamaan kosteutuksen 70%:ssa, kun -- on valittuna.

Osta tämä laite vain jos ilmankosteutus on toissijainen ominaisuus.

Ostin laitteen ilmankostuttimeksi huoneessa olevan arvokkaan pianon takia. Ajattelin, että ilmanpuhdistus on kiva lisä, ja niinhän se olikin. Laite ilmaisee ja poistaa pienetkin kynttilöiden ja ruoanlaiton aiheuttamat epäpuhtaudet. On mukava tietää, että enää nuo kaikki pienhiukkaset eivät päädy keuhkoihin. Hengittäminen tuntuu aiempaa helpommalta myös siksi, että kosteutta on riittävästi. Vesisäiliö vain saisi olla ainakin tuplasti isompi. Veden liike laitteessa myös aiheuttaa toisinaan hieman häiritsevää pulputusta.

After spending probably a day looking at humidifiers and struggling to find one without a major flaw, I plumped for this one - albeit begrudgingly due to the expense, let’s be honest it’s not cheap! I’ve had it for a few weeks now and I have to say I’m actually pretty impressed with it. I’ve had humidifiers in the past and this is on a whole other level. Quiet, no wet patches and humidifies the room without it feeling claggy. The sleep mode is silent - an added bonus.

Excellent air purifier, providing demonstrably cleaner air from first day of use.

For anyone, like me, with asthma & allergies this is a marvelous product. It is easy to use & very easy to move around on smooth castors.

The controls are straightforward: you get ongoing feedback about air quality & digital onboard prompts when maintenance is needed so that performance is always optimized.

For anyone, like me, with asthma & allergies this is a marvelous product. It is easy to use & very easy to move around on smooth castors.

The controls are straightforward: you get ongoing feedback about air quality & digital onboard prompts when maintenance is needed so that performance is always optimized.

Every feature and function of this excellent machine works flawlessly with one exception - it looses its WiFi configuration on disconnection of the power supply. This results, for example, in having to reprogramme the WiFi configuration if the unit is moved to another room, etc.

Apart from this one issue, which I believe could be resolved by the inclusion of NVRAM to hold the config data, I thoroughly recommend and enjoy the machine.

It is easy to set up and the auto mode allows the humidifier to regulate itself. I have a family of small children and allergy sufferers and we have notice that the air quality is a lot better.

The colour dial on the humidifier is an easy indication of when the air is polluted which prompts you to change the setting if you do not have it on auto and there is a handy app that will alert you of changes.

Overall I am very happy with this product and will continue to use it daily.

Upon opening the box I could see it was a top of the range product. It was bigger than I thought it would be, easy to set up and control.

I suffer from hay fever and have 2 sons with asthma so this has been a godsend, I could notice a difference in the air within an hour or so of setting it up. I haven’t had any itchy eyes and my kids asthma has improved with the difference in the air quality since setting it up. I’ve also noticed my kids are sleeping better! Which is great for me, hopefully no more restless nights.

I would recommend it to anyone with allergies or asthma

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been brilliant from the moment it was set up. The instructions for use were easy to follow and straight forward, really easy to assemble. Within 20 minutes of having it set up and running the air quality had already improved and it is so sensitive that it even picked up on if the door to the garden was open. I did take a couple of tries to set up the app but once set up that was brilliant too. I like the design it has wheels to help move it only down side for me is that it’s a little large, but this wouldn’t put me off recommending to friends and family. Definitely have noticed the improvement in air quality since we set it up.

Kärsin niin kuivista silmistä kuin allergiasta, joten hain laitetta joka puhdistaa ja kosteuttaa ilmaa. Kosteudun kanssa laite ei täysin odotuksia ole täyttänyt, koska pienikin huone jää alle 60% kosteudun vaikka kokeilisi laitetta täydellä kosteutuksella. Tästä huolimatta laite on toiminut loistavasti. Nyt allergia kauden alettua on huomannut selvästi miten paljon helmpompaa on hengittää kotona sisätiloissa ja aamulla herää nenä auki kun on pitänyt yön laitetta päällä. Suosittelen varsinkin allergiasta kärsiville. Laitteen APP ei ole täydellinen, mutta toimiva.
