This is my first such thing and I couldn’t be happier.

Takes a while to get used to using it but it will only get better in the way that you will not splash water everywhere and you will get to do it quicker and quicker till you probably reach the 15 seconds on each side, i still take longer than that but i know i am doing it quicker that the first few times i used it.

You should start with the lower pressure setting first and gradually increase it as you get used to it.

Battery lasts about 4 days till i get the power light flashing and I haven’t tried to check how much longer it lasts after that.

I had two of the previous Phillips cordless flosser - this is very poor substitute in terms of use and efficacy. Why on earth did you discontinue a product that worked so well, was easy to travel with, less messy and more efficient? I've been a Phillips fan for years, now looking at other brands

We have tried various flossers and this one has the largest water tank, the most powerful motor and one charge lasts seven days. All good.

Sadly they barely last 12 months before failing. We are now on our third flosser as the electronics keep failing. A bit expensive to replace every 12 months but we can't find anything better.

I find it powerful that the water jet burst away any food that left between teeth, was handy to use thanks to the built-in battery and popular usb c charge port. Clean and functional design. It is also easy to pack away in a carry bag, telling you that it’s always ready to go out with you. But unfortunately even before it get the chance to travel with me, it has gone malfunction after 2 months of use. The cause was likely that water gets in and corroded the circuit board. Good news is, I contacted Philips warranty and within a week a new one arrived at the door. Bad news is, I start to suspect that there is a design/manufacturing issue that my other one might be dead within 2-3 months. Opened up to find out why. Start from the bottom of the device body, gulp of water dashed out, lower part of the circuit board see heavy oxidation and corrosion, there was sign of water accumulating at the bottom part of the body. Back of buttons were sealed properly, no risk of water ingress, back of USB C port sealed properly, no risk of water ingress, bottom cover has a rubber ring, no sign of water ingress either. The only part without a seal ring seems to be the top part of the body, where the nozzle connects with the body. Water might get in from there during use and accumulate. But all these is only a rough guess through observation.

I hope they have updated the design and it would last longer. For now, I would either hang it upside down or sit it side way with button facing up after each use.

A bit of practice is required, as another user said it can be messy until you get the hang of it, I sprayed water everywhere. I don't think it's designed for you to look at what you are spraying but once you have the feel of it it's fine. In terms of cleaning it brilliant, I've used the little brushes for between your teeth since to see how clean the gaps are and it really does the job. Not much else to say, simple and works, I only use it on the high setting.

After trying the Waterpik cordless version I have to say that the Philips one doesn’t clean even close. Is in another league.

On the other hand the Philips one has much better battery and USB port, but unfortunately its main purpose which is cleaning is not as effective.

The dentist kept on at me to floss more, and never got round to it, then thought about a power flossy.

And now l have one, l trend to use it every day sometimes even twice, and it's amazing how much stuff it get from between your teeth, which will keep my dentist happy, and and going forwards less problems with my teeth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is epic! The jet stream is quite powerful and really gets between your teeth! I like that I have 2 different heads, so one is a single stream and the other is a 4 way stream. The single stream is slightly more powerful than the 4 way but they both clean extremely well.

The bottle is a nice size for ease of filling with water.

I've visited my hygienist since starting to use this and even they've noticed a difference and asked what I'd been using.

I would definitely recommend this to everyone I know!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great device! I was surprised at how efficient and easy to use it is. I have always struggled to floss my back teeth in particular as they are quite tight and as such I was very interested in trying the Sonicare Cordles Power Flosser. I have to admit I was a bit sceptical as to whether it would cause cause problems with sensitivity/gum bleeding. But it has been amazing! The little jet of water and air it shoots out is perfect for dislodging debris left in between teeth. All spaces can be reached easily and in time this should help to prevent plaque build up (along with the recommended brushing). The chamber for holding water is big enough to hold more than enough for one use and is easy to fill. I love the fact that it can be recharged and its compact size! All in all, great product that does what it says on the tin and would be happy to retire the dental floss completely.

It has been a month, but I didn't even have to charge it once, even though I use it twice a day. Fantastic battery life. Well done! Comes with two cleaning type settings, where you can change with a single push of a button.

Moreover, another button is included to adjust the strength of the flow. Two different cleaning heads are included. Depending on your needs, you can select between either the classic or the signature quad one.

My first day was about getting used to the product because it was my first flosser. The bizarre feeling that you get on the first day quickly becomes an everyday habit in no time because you get a clean feeling in your mouth after you use the product.

Another great feature is that it guides you as you keep flossing so you can manage the time you spent on each side of your teeth.

The only downside is if you have sensitive or bleeding gums, the highest setting might be irritating because it is quite powerful.

The travel bag is a great addition. The charging cable is USB-A to USB-C and made of very high-quality material that I've never seen in other products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose a 3 star rating because I absolutely loved the idea of this power flosser. As a person that has close together teeth, I find manual flossing very hard. This flosser seemed like the ideal product to add to my daily dental care. Upon opening the box, it all looks very good. The flosser was already charged and ready to go.

Cut to actually trying it. My first attempt had water everywhere. I expected more of a water flow of that at the dentist but infact it was gushing out. I think more water ended up on my shirt than in the sink. If the water flow could slow down just a tot with the air power being a bit higher, I think it would be a really great product.

I have tried to stick to regular using but the water mess just puts me off. I have noticed a tiny amount of reduced plaque but not on the insides of my teeth. I don't smoke but I do like cups of tea & the daily coffee so I have a small amount of staining & plaque but maybe I'm not using it right?

I'll update this review if I'm able to after a month's use to see if it needs a longer time to work.

It takes abit of getting used to at first so I would suggest starting on the first setting.since using my mouth feels so much cleaner, it gets in the places a toothbrush can't. The water can get a bit messy, a bit of trial and error but definitely worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is very easy to use once you get the hang of how it works. Once you know the basic operation, it does make flossing such a simple and more enjoyable task for me than using dental floss. I love that it is cordless, I've using it for a week and battery is holding up. It's simple to fill up and go, it also helps to reach the back and harder to reach areas when using floss/picks. I definitely prefer this Power Flosser than the traditional method! In terms of effectiveness of using this versus floss/picks, via visual inspection it does get all the food residue out but I can't say if it removes more or less plaque. The matte black design looks good, clear container helps to see the water level as well. There are different power settings including deep cleaning and 3 power mode, I tend to use the lowest as I'm a bit sensitive. Overall, I think this is a really good product to help make flossing a habit - it's simple, clean and effective.

One slight design flaw in my view is the button to release the floss head is on the back, naturally you need to hold the power flosser to press down on the button to release but the power on button is round the front so sometimes I hit this by accident when trying to release and it ejects water unexpectedly. After once or twice, I've learnt to be more careful

to avoid this. It would also be helpful if there are grippy surfaces or grooves on the side similar to electric toothbrushes, it's very smooth which is totally fine when using but found it difficult to grip and rotate the water container when wet. Not a huge problem, have found that I just need to dry it first before rotating to remove the water container.

My family loved the different settings on the flosser, it had a setting for all members. It left teeth feeling like I'd been to the dentist for a deep clean. I had a slight stain on my front tooth(from years of drinking tea) and I've found even that is reducing so I can not recommend this product enough. The whole family are ridiculously happy with the Philips Sonicare Cordless Power Flosser 3000! Go and buy it, you won't regret it.

Unfortunately there weren’t any written instructions only a basic picture guide.

Not having used a water flosser before I wasn’t aware on actually how much water they use. The pot allows 600ml at time. Not always enough. I found I needed an extra refill.

The product cannot be used face on in a mirror, or you get drenched. Has to be used well over the basin.

There is a regular clean & deep clean setting (this was my preference) it left your gums feeling really pumping. I liked the full power setting. Teeth looked really clean & it removed debris left over from brushing alone.

The flosser comes with 2 nozzles. A single jet & a 4 jet. I didn’t get on with the 4 jet at all, just wasn’t powerful or directable enough. The spare nozzle is stored inside the water pot.

The action of removing nozzle & pot is easy enough.

One charge so far has lasted me 3 weeks & still no sign of weakening.

I think it is quite heavy to use, not suitable for children.

Certainly makes teeth

feel & look better than just tape flossing alone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so pleased to have been chosen to review this due to the pandemic and having not been able to visit the dentist.

Firstly it is so easy to set up and ready for use, I am not a great instruction reader so the easier the better. I will say it took a few attempts to get used to working the machine is really powerful and I did end up covered in spray a few times, but once you get used to the angle to hold it at its very easy to use. I would like a very thin nozzle if possible as my teeth are very close together and the opening on the clear attachment is quite wide, and it took me a few attempts on some teeth but still very effective. You can definitely tell the difference after you have used it and I found just adding a little mouthwash to the tank leaves your mouth feeling really fresh and clean.

Overall I was very impressed with how it left my teeth and mouth feeling after use.

On the highest setting it is very powerful and really gets in to clean deep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shocked by the size of this product however this is due to the water tank which is needed and in all honesty its not heavy like it would appear to be and doesn't make it harder to use. I first used it with the standard attachment which even on the lowest setting was very powerful, then I tried the 4 stream attachment and found this made it a bit more gentle on my teeth/gums whilst still having a powerful effect. My teeth definitely felt more clean after using this and it didn't make them any more sensitive.

Due to the power of the water which is needed it can be a little messy, especially on first use. It only took me a couple of uses to get fully used to it, now I can't imagine not using it at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product. Feels like a jet wash for your gums and teeth. The product itself was very easy to assemble with the instructions provided. It gives you that all clean feel like you’ve just been to the dentist and had your teeth cleaned. I noticed within the first use how squeaky clean my teeth had felt. The battery seems to last a long time too and it charges up very quickly with the cable provided. Overall this is an excellent product and can’t fault it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always gone up and down in how often I floss - it's one of those things I keep telling myself I should do more often, and I keep up with it for a few weeks after a dentist-visit, but then it slowly fizzles out. With this cordless water flosser, I have been much more inclined to keep it up - it feels less messy, it's quick and easy, it doesn't hurt when you haven't done it for a while, and it really makes my teeth feel clean. The only downside for me was that I found it a bit tricky to understand how to use the product the first time, the instructions weren't clear, but nothing a quick Google search couldn't help. The flosser comes with two heads, which is great, but I wish there had been a description of the differences between them, as well as a place to store both - there is a part on the inside where you can keep one of the heads, I would have liked to have the space for both.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been designed to remove Plague and I am pleased to say that this is the case and leaves my teeth feeling clean and refreshed although it did take me a few days to get use to it as I sprayed water all over myself and the window. It was bigger than expected and has an opening to fill with water or mouthwash and comes with two nozzles. I have now been using it for over two weeks and doesn't need recharging yet. I have been using it twice a day both on the outside and insides before using my toothbrush. The only downside is that water does come out of the top when using it and I need to refill the water after every use . You also have to be careful if you have crowns as these can feel sensitive. Overall I think this is a good alternative to flossing.
