Great camera for the right user!
I bought this to replace my A7IV, I am a hybrid shooter but I have been getting more video work so I thought it would be better to have one video focused body and one stills(A1). I genuinely feel it was a great move, the interface is much nicer for video and perhaps a little finicky for stills but its also a new layout so Im sure I'll adjust. I primarily use this body on a tripod so any readout speed issues are non existent, the xlr handle with multi track recording is a chefs kiss on top of everything else, all cameras make a good picture these days but in body multitrack with such ease has changed my approach to sound hugely, it feels like a cheat code Ive been missing out on. The eye piece is nice but having it be removable would make this a 5 star review as its a little tight with the handle, that being said its helped on sunny days, Id say its good but not essential. I think this body gets reviewed against the fx3 too much, used alone they are for different creatives but together they would make a great A and B cam for smaller shoots.

So the unboxing was the shock
Camera is great but the lack of a certifiefd SONY charging cable is not great.
How do I know im using the right one as im plugging straight into the FX2, Sony is assuming im going to buy an additional charger.
PLEASE SONY AT LEAST INCLUDE A CABLE.
