Beautifully crisp clear display, nice size, and a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Physically basic 1080p HDMI-only widescreen, but quite a few options to tune the picture. Ever so slight brightness fade into the screen corners but nothing I've never seen before, even on significantly more expensive devices. I've chosen to run it at 60Hz rather than the 100Hz maximum, finding unpleasant shimmer effects at the latter, unsure whether limits of the GPU, screen or supplied HDMI lead, but it's really no problem running slower for productivity usage; do check if this is more important to you, though. A bit surprising it is powered from a wall-wart adapter rather than mains lead, but helps keep the screen simpler probably for international markets.

There are 4 screws which secure the monitor to the stand. 3/4 screws work. The 4th screw hole is partially blocked by what looks metal.

Other than that the motior gives good display and serves its purpose

I bought this as a second monitor to sit alongside my NVidia G-Sync monitor which I use for Architecture work. I only needed this monitor for basic tasks (web browsing-Excel spreadsheets) and the integrated speakers appealed to me. However, the contrast in picture sharpness between this model and my old screen was too noticable. This model seemed blurry, out of focus and tinted with green/yellow compared the the crispness of the 27GL850 model, so sadly I returned it and bought an alternative NVidia G-Sync 27GS60F-B monitor, which I am happy with
