[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For months I was researching a new monitor for my home studio and was torn between this and two 49 inch Ultrawide monitors from Samsung and Phillips.

This review is meant more for anyone looking into productivity as my main uses for my computer are music creation and 3D Art. Having a screen this size is a perfect choice for multi-tasking as you get the best of wide and side by side.

Screen quality is the best of any screen I have used to date with great pixel density and the 800R Curve is not as "invasive" as I thought it would have been and each of the corners can be easily read without much head movement. Text is easily readable, high quality and doesn't have any of the ghosting or threading that some people talk about.

Some applications will be bare with so much screen real estate on full screen but I leave that to you whether or not that is a pro or con and also by how you choose to use the monitor. This would be the case for any large screen device.

As it is an OLED it does have the pixel refresh however I would like to mention that this isn't as disturbing as some would make it out to be and can be cancelled when prompted. My approach to this is turning the monitor off if you are leaving the desk for some time. If anything it is a gentle reminder to take a break when working every now and then.

The monitor comes with speakers which are decent quality for if you are wanting to watch videos but I have external ones so don't use them much.

For day to day I use both Linux and Windows and I have a great viewing experience on both. (Not sure why you wouldn't but just wanted to mention for Linux users.)

In summary I am delighted with this monitor and have used it daily. The size and quality of the screen is perfect if sometimes maybe overkill for my needs. In regards to burn in I don't see any but I try to maintain the screen in a way where it is minimised and I have been using the same applications daily. After months of researching this screen was the right choice.

There are tons of reviews, so I will not highlight it strong points. What can be better? Speakers are very generic, but it is monitor, so ok. But some TV have better. You need to consider one thing before buy. If you buy it - there will be no space on your table for anything else. :D But you will feel like if you are siting in the cinema, or using incredibly good VR.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes getting use too but a clear screen, your eyes hurt a bit at the start. You also need a buff system to run it at full capability and even then at 240/330hz, things just look weird. The price is four times more than other monitors which provide perfect gaming at 240hz. Frustratingly, if you have multiple laptops connected, the screen gives an auto-switch to USB-C without stop. Only when you unplug USB-C. The curve is severe and could be chopped to a bit "flatter".

Se toki on isossa resoluutiossa hyvänä puolena, etteivät ne paljon erotu pelatessa. x1440 näytöstä tähän vaihto laskee 40 fps, eli tuhdille kortille, ehkä 5090 sopinee. Vien takaisin ja mietin jotain toista tilalle. Kaiuttimet, jotka kone otti automaattisesti käyttöön eivät kovin kummoiselta kuulostaneet, suosin näyttöjä, joissa kaiuttimia ei tule mukana. Huikeasti eroa kun kuulokkeet päässä.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The monitor provides outstanding resolution and colour however, you need to make sure your computer has sufficient graphics power to drive it. My home computer, a Mac Studio makes full use of the monitor but my Dell work laptop can't support the full resolution.

If your machine is up to the task then this is a beast of a display and worth every penny.

I had been waiting for months for it to be available but as soon as stock came into the UK, the guys at LG (namely Moose) were very helpful answering any questions I had about this product. I'm so pleased with this monitor, it's performance, colours and refresh rate and the size but I have very quickly got used to the size and there is no way that I can go back to smaller. I totally recommend this monitor.

5k resolution helped alot to bring this monitor to the top of oled king of ultrawides.

You need at least 16gb video memory to drive so many pixels, but its worth it.

Exellent choice for most immersive gaming experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the display, especially because I use it for work — spreadsheets in Excel, web browsers for various web UI tools, and messengers (Slack, Teams). With 45", I can flexibly choose what I want to have on the screen, and it’s very convenient.

The overall image quality is excellent, and the color reproduction is truly impressive — it makes both work and entertainment a pleasure.

For gaming, it’s smooth and enjoyable. The HDR could be brighter, and the display takes a little time to wake up from sleep mode, but these are minor points compared to the overall experience.

Overall, I really enjoy working and playing on this display. It’s a great choice for anyone who needs more screen space for productivity while also wanting an immersive experience for games.

Text is very sharp which is great as i do 50/50 Productivity and Gaming. Colours are also very vibrant and the extra real-estate from the high resolution is great! I adjusted to the curve quickly and now i definitely Recommend!

Very loud and clear sound performance. The connectivity options are great,you can connect anything to it. Awesome colour and deep black, has very high screen refresh 330 hz,NVIDIA certified.

Not many computer work at this resolution which is w shame( not yet).

Is a great monitor for playing games but is high energy consuming.
