Kokemukset ja arvostelut

Vertaan aikaisempiin kuulokkeisiini, jotka ovat Sennheiser HD600. Näissä on nopean EQ-tuunauksen jälkeen vähintään yhtä hyvä ääni, tietyillä genreillä ja peli/elokuvissa jopa parempi. Tähän päälle erinomainen ANC, niin volyymiä voi pitää hieman matalammalla oman kuulon suojaamiseksi ilman että äänen yksityiskohdat katoavat. XM6:ta voi myös käyttää ulkoisen DAC/AMP-laitteen kanssa, jolloin ääni on vielä parempi!

Ostin ensisijaisesti ANC:n (Active Noise Cancellation) takia, koska uuden naapurin koirat ja he itse pitävät käsittämätöntä meteliä. En voi sanoin kuvailla kuinka jumalalliselta hiljaisuus kellon ympäri kestävän ulvomisen ja räksytyksen jälkeen on. Tietäjät tietää. Jos olet samassa tilanteessa ja haluat rauhaa sekä mahdollisuutta keskittyä, en voi suositella näitä tarpeeksi.

Plussaa intuitiivinen kosketuspinta kuulokkeiden oikeassa kupissa. Käytän lähinnä siihen, että sen peittämällä saa "läpikuuluvuus-tilan" käyttöön, jos tarvitsee kuulla ulkomaailman menoja tai puhua toisen kanssa. Tähän on kyllä myös toggle-tyyppinen kytkin vasemman kupin alanurkassa.

Ainoa miinus on kova hinta, ja LC3-koodekin huono tuki Linuxissa. Tällä hetkellä vaikka rakentaa kaikki paketit, ajurit, ja kernelit upstreamista niin ei vieläkään toimi. Todennäköisesti seuraavan 12kk aikana siirtyy experimental-vaiheesta normaalijulkaisuihin, jos kehitys etenee (lukekaa mailinglistit, ym.).

Slightly overrated. Soundage is too isolated, closed somehow even after EQ tweaking.Noise cancelling let's people voices in too much.comfort is mediocre for bigger ears and forget them when you wear glasses, looks are cheap plastic. I got them for 250€ refurbished. Which what thouse should sell for in the market. They are however quite decent for Hip-Hop and electronic music. Overall a decent headphones 🎧 but not wort the full price tag. I'd give Bose UC 2 a try instead. I think they could be better for the price range or wait for Sennheiser momentum 5s. Also get wicked cushions for XM6 if you are it, your ears will thank me later. Sony just has too many flaws to justify the price tag.

I am not overwhelmed by this product. It is considerably more expensive than the BOSE noise cancelling headphones and the sound quality doesn’t seem any better. Also it is frustrating that the maximum volume is set at a limit. I’m not overly enthusiastic to be honest!

Absolutely amazing pair of headphones, I love the touch sensors, it makes turning up and down volume, skipping or going back on tracks so much more accessible and easy

The way the headphones fold into the case is also very secure and you can remove the padding of the ears so easily to clean them and they just click back in, no tools required

These are excellent headphones. The noise cancelling is outstanding and at least as good as that of rivals Bose, and the sound quality is also excellent.

I bought this pair of headphones XM6 having been the owner of a previous pair XM3. The improvement is noticeable and I am glad I updated to the latest version. The touch control in the right earpiece is great and very easy to use.

These Sony WH-1000XM6 headphones are outstanding. The noise cancellation is genuinely the best I’ve experienced, blocking out almost everything and creating a calm, immersive sound space. Audio quality is rich and balanced, comfort is excellent even for long sessions, and the controls are intuitive. They feel premium and perform flawlessly. Easily the best noise cancelling headphones I’ve owned.

The only con I would say is if waterproof technology is available.

Only just got these, but i am really loving them so far!!

They are comfortable and they are fully live up to my expectations and more. I am very happy with the product. Amazing features and I like the fact they are great for everyday use and easy to travel with.

Compared to my last purchase which was a Bose headset only a couple years back, I have to say I'm much happier with having spent with Sony, everything from a smooth sale to the actual headset I have nothing that actually made me feel bad in the whole process except of course the cost but that's just my own personal thing.

If I had to talk about the headset so far it's been great.. just a few really minor things I would spot out if anyone is interested.. sometimes the rim of my ears start aching .. again probably my fault from not adjusting properly or something.

Also the headset often starts going wonky on the band at the top and I don't even realise it .. lol that's probably because they do feel very comfortable most of the time.. and I do wear them A LOT.. almost the entire day when I'm not working

Great headphones, very happy with both the noise cancelling and the sound. I've worn them for a 3 hour train journey and they were quite comfortable. Really good headphones, dropped a star as they are on the expensive side...

The sounds a bit claustrophobic but you can use an eq to fix that. Just look on reddit or something

Excellent quality headphones, great sound and battery life. Active noise cancelling has made public transport more peaceful and ambient feature means I can listen while on the bike. Couldn’t recommend enough.
