Have been wanting to purchase a hand held steamer for some time; I purchased 2 other brands and was disappointed and returned both. This is a fantastic addition to my wardrobe for a quick refresh of a garment before dressing. Very happy with it so far. A little on the heavy side but that would be from the generous water tank which could be filled less if an issue.

As far as producing steam goes, the device work ok I guess, however it failed to remove the smell of smoke from the jacket like I hoped it would. The instructions are so poor, they're graphic only so it's hard o know whether you're using the steamer correctly. and how not to overdo it. There isn't a video of my particular model anywhere that explains how to use it or what the attachment is used for. Very disappointed with my purchase tbh. The device is quite heavy too.
