Online Shopping: Transaction was very fast an easy. The item description was very clear and all the information that I needed to know before purchasing the item was clearly stated in the website. Actual product dimensions, available connection (HDMI ARC, HDMI Pass Through, Bluetooth Connectivity, No Optical connection) was clearyl indicated in the product info.

Online Purchase: The purchase experience was clean and simple. Just a few clicks, enter payment details and in less than 5 minutes, puchase was done.

Deliveryand Pickup: I opted to pickup the item at the Vantaa Warehouse Pickup point and in less than half an hour, I've already received a message that the product was ready for pickup. It was really fast.

Prodcut Experience: The Soundbar was packaged really well. Very good packaging protection. There was proper indication on where and how to open the package and getting the product out of the box was very easy. Setup as very fast and easy aswell, expecially if connecting with a Samsung TV aswell. Just connect the Soundbar to the TV via the HDMI ARC connections (on both the TV and Soundbar) and the two communicated straight away. Now you can use only one remote to operate the Soundbar and TV. However it would be nice if an HDMI cable also came with the soundbar. Lucky I had a spare HDMI cable.

The wireless subwoofer was a very cool feature. I did not have to think of any cable management and also made positioning of the subwoofer in the living room very easy. No need to run long cables along the walls. I simply just needed to find a place for the subwoofer, connect it to the wall socket and in just a few seconds, the subwoofer and the soundbar communicated with each other. The subwoofer volume can be adjusted with the soundbar remote which was also a cool feature as some subwoofers can be very loud and overpowering if there was no volume control.

The Q-Symphony feature of the Samsung TV and Soundbar even made the sound experience better, using both the TV speakers and Soundbar to produce sound. It gave a more immersive experience. The sound trully felt like it was coming from around the room and not just the TV of soundbar.

For a living room that's around 20-30 square meters, this soundbar seems perfect. Volume was mostly around 30% daytime and 10% night time, meaning the soundbar is not being stressed in producing sound (less heat generated by the electric components, meaning a longer lasting product lifetime)

Overall, I am trully happy with the entire product from online purchase to actually product usage and would recommend this to anyone seeking in purchasing a 5.1 soundbar with subwoofer system.
