Great resolution particularly with movies and not getting any shadowing. Very pleased with our purchase. This is our second LG tv purchase. The first being the one it has replaced which we bought eleven years ago. Love the company reliability.

We were also able to trade in our old TV for a significant amount of money and took advantage of their “Welcome Offer” too! Great picture, great sound, great operating system which offers full support to our Apple devices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the LG QNED86A and the difference in picture quality is incredible. The QNED + Mini LED technology delivers vivid, lifelike colours, bright scenes look crisp and vibrant, while dark scenes have deep true blacks. It’s perfect for watching movies, sports or even nature footage where you want every detail to pop.

The AI processor automatically adjusts the picture and sound for the best experience, which makes everything look and feel cinematic. The Magic Remote is one of my favourite features. It works like a mouse, so navigating menus is quick and easy. Plus, it has dedicated buttons for Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Alexa and more, making it effortless to jump straight into your favourite apps.

It also has AI voice control which is a nice touch, but I’ve found it doesn’t always understand my commands perfectly. It works, but sometimes I have to repeat myself for it to get it right, so there’s room for improvement here.

Overall, this TV offers amazing screen quality, rich colours and smart features that make watching anything feel like a big-screen experience at home. If LG can refine the voice control, it would be a solid 5/5, but for now I'll give a 4/5.

This TV has 4 HDMI ports so plenty of connections for games consoles and tv boxes. Sound is absolutely amazing especially with the AI feature which amends the sound based on what you are watching so movie nights have really levelled up! The remote control features voIce control and there are also lots of extra features on the accompanying app. Really happy & impressed with this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an insane TV. The picture quality is the best I've seen, watching sports and you can see the blades of grass in the picture. So smooth to work. It comes with loads of LG features and LG channels. The kids absolutely love the games function. I didn't think the sound would change from my old TV but the sound quality on this is insane, its got way more base and so much louder. You can see by my image how thin the TV is, for something so big it sits so flat to the wall. It was packed up really well and I have a 2 man delivery from LG and they brought it right into the room I wanted. I will definitely be getting more for other rooms.

The picture quality is stunning and the sound is fantastic. There is so many apps , connectivity available.

I love how fast the internet is on it, so I don’t waste time unnecessarily.

If I had to mention a negative, I’d say that in vivid mode, the colors are a bit too intense, and in brighter scenes—like daylight scenes in movies—the picture lacks sharpness.

But these things aren’t really bothersome.

What I do dislike, however, is the poor design of the remote control.

I miss my previous remote — it had a much better design and build quality.

Another thing that bothers me is that I can’t download one of the most basic apps: YouTube Kids.

In terms of design, the grey stand clashes a bit with the black TV.

Overall, I’m happy I chose this TV. I’m satisfied with it. However it was a bargain with the 70% discount

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is quite simply the best television I’ve ever had or seen! It is perfect. We chose a 65” one which was the right size for our room. It’s so simple to set up and the instructions are clear. It’s very heavy though so it will take two people to lift it up to get the stand fixed on. Once ready it was so easy to connect. There’s a very good walk through so you just follow that and then you’re good to go. The remote is great, simple and very receptive. Most importantly for a TV, the sound and picture quality is 10/10. Simply incredible. It’s transformed our TV viewing, it’s like being at the cinema.

The features of AI sound and picture are great. The difference in sound quality compared to my old tv is huge and so much better. You can pick from all different sound settings. The picture quality if using the AI feature looks lovely and bright. You can change settings so they suit you. This was easy to set up. Looks smart in the room and you can adjust the screen height.

The stand has a cable tidy built in so no cables can be seen when it’s set up which makes it look tidy.

I’ve added a photo of my old tv and this one to show the difference in the quality of picture.

Worth the money. Cannot wait to experience all the other features it has to offer

Picture quality is great. From cartoons to movies it looks very clear and sharp. The sound is so clear.

Remote control is small but it fits perfectly in the hand. It’s very easy to use it.

I’ve been really impressed with this TV. The picture quality is amazing — super sharp with rich colors, and the AI-enhanced sound actually surprised me (didn’t expect it to sound that good without a soundbar).

It feels really sturdy on the stand, not wobbly at all, and everything about it is just easy to use. The menus are quick, streaming apps run smoothly, and setup was a breeze.

I’ve always trusted LG for TVs, and this one definitely lives up to the name. Just a solid, reliable, great-looking TV all around.
