Kokemukset ja arvostelut

Hankin tämän OLED tv pääasiassa PC-pelaamiseen ja työkäyttöön. Vertailin tätä TV:tä LGn 45" 5k2k ultrawide OLED näyttöön joka oli melkein saman hintainen. Tämä TV voitti vertailun paperilla ja olen tyytyväinen valintaani.

Plussat

• Huikea kuvanlaatu ja HDR sitä hyvin tukevissa peleissä. Jopa 2300 nit huippukirkkaus pienellä osalla ruutua kerrallaan. Hienoin ruutu jonka olen kokenut
• Pieni vasteaika (pitäisi olla n 4ms)
• Toimii hienosti myös 21:9 Ultrawide resoluutiolla 3840x1600. Tällöin aktiivisen ruudun koko on n. 51" (120x50cm näyttöalue) (Oledin täysin mustat surureunat eivät häiritse yhtään)
• 165hz riittää hyvin fps peleihinkin, Oledin nopeat pixel responset antaa selkeän kuvan pienemmilläkin kuvataajuuksilla
• Tarkkuus riittää hienosti 0.9m katseluetäisyydellä tällä 55" mallilla, käytän 125% skaalausta windowsissa.
• Kiiltävä näytön pinta pitää kuvan mahdollisimman terävänä ilman mattakalvoa (Huomioi että ruudun takana ei saa olla kirkkaita valonlähteitä / pintoja tai ne heijastuvat hyvin selvästi näytöstä)
• Iso ruudun pinta-ala ja suora paneeli toimivat hyvin työkäytössäkin
  
  

Miinukset

• Hyvin tummilla harmaan sävyillä TV lisää näille alueille kohinaa (Dithering) häivyttääkseen joitakin OLED teknologian mahdollisia artifakteja / probleemia lähes mustilla sävyillä. Tämän kohinan erottaa selvästi vain hyvin läheltä (alle 60cm) katsoessa ruutua. Katseluetäisyydeltäni 90-100cm päästä tätä ei erota suoraan, mutta jotain pientä epätasaisuutta voi havaita, jos kyseessä on iso yhtäjaksoinen sopivan tumma harmaan sävyinen alue. Tätä en ole peleissä tai videoissa huomannut, mutta nettiselaimessa darkmodella voi huomata tämän, kun ruudulla on valtavia tumman harmaita alueita. Tosiasiassa pieni miinus, eikä vaikuta käyttökokemukseen jos ei piperrä ruutua.
• Kaukosäädin ei vastaa television hintaa / laatua. Pelkkä muovinen peruskapula ja nappeja on vähennetty reilusti, itseä ei paljoakaan haittaa PC käytössä tämä toki. Magic remote toiminto toimii hyvin
• Kallis hinta
• Valikot olivat PC käytössä todella lagiset low latency / game optimizer modessa. 4.9 tulleen päivityksen jälkeen valikot toimivat nopeammin, mutta TVn hintaan ja prosessointitehoon nähden ei tarvitsisi hidastella yhtään koskaan.

Crystal clear screen and brightest TV ever made. It is so fun to play game and watch movies. Filmmaker mode is the best settings for movies and it has its own game mode you can track the FPS which is compatible with GSYNC which is fantastic.

Sound is average, which is expected, from speakers tucked away at the rear. Price is high but it is a 2025 Tv so expected.

Kaikki muu on erinomaista paitsi sovellus LG ThinQ, jolla tv:tä ohjataan. Se ei aina toimi odotetulla tavalla. Mutta, jos se ei ole olellinen, niin tv kannattaa hommata. On joka sentin arvoinen.

Kuvanlaatu on erinomainen. Kuvan asetukset ovat myös hyvin monipuoliset. Ääni ei ole paras mahdollinen. LG ThinQ sovellus on yleisesti ottaen toimiva mutta välillä tapahtuu yhteys katkoksia. Ainoa asia mitä olisi toivonut, on yhdistäminen AirPlayn kautta Sonos Move kaiuttimiin stereo parina.

The picture quality is absolutely stunning — deep blacks, bright colours, and everything looks so sharp and lifelike. Movies feel cinematic, and even regular TV looks noticeably better!!

Everything is crisp, super smooth and beautifully detailed. It handles fast action and sports effortlessly, and Dolby Vision content looks incredible. The built-in sound is decent too, with a wide, surround-style feel.

We always wall mount our TVs, so the Gallery Design of the LG G5 is perfect for us. It sits completely flush to the wall, looks incredibly sleek, and feels more like a piece of modern art than a TV — exactly the clean, stylish look we wanted.

The smart features are easy to use, with all the apps you’d expect like Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and more. The remote is simple, and voice control works well too.

If you’re looking for a high-end, cinema-quality TV that’s also a statement piece for your wall, the LG G5 OLED is absolutely worth it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the LG 77" OLED evo AI G5 4K Smart TV for a while now and it’s honestly one of the best upgrades I’ve made. The picture quality is breathtaking with vivid, vibrant colors, and super crisp detail. Movies and shows look incredibly lifelike, even older content gets a nice refresh thanks to the AI.

The sound is surprisingly rich for a flat TV. Dialogue is clear and the audio fills the room without needing a soundbar, though adding one would take it to the next level. Installation was smooth. It’s designed to sit flat against the wall like art, and once it’s up, it really elevates the room.

The remote control is easy to use with voice control that actually works. Navigating menus is simple, even for beginners. Also, for a big screen, it’s pretty energy efficient. It adjusts brightness automatically and has eco settings that don’t sacrifice picture quality.

Overall, this TV delivers on all fronts: looks, performance, ease of use, and energy savings. Highly recommend if you want a premium home theater experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to this from my lg G1, Amazing picture quality, missing some UK catch up apps unfortunately, but I'm sure they will come, very bright and vibrant. The smart features of the os are quicker than previous models, oled is still king. Easy to install on the wall mount. I use a surround sound soundbar with mine but from what I did test the sound is good.
