Where is the 55 inch in the UK?

Please help..

Looking to buy a 55 inch..

One of the best TV 2025 great picture and sound

The only thing I dislike is that I can’t connect my hue bulbs

Bad stuttering/lag etc. when watching some content. Fast movement is worst and different settings had no help

Have had this model for one month now after previous Philips model developed burn in marks.

Picture setting on purchase was on Cristal Clear which was perfect, very sharp, colourful, ideal for all types of programmes. Picture quality is exceptional. Picture quality on Apps. site is very dim, not sure if this is normal or a setting problem?

Ambilight is also very good, but had this on previous Philips model.

Sound quality is good but lacks decent bass despite having bass speaker on back of set. I hooked up a separate bass speaker via the subwoofer output and that improved sound quality.

The remote looks very nice and simplistic, but I found this slightly difficult to use. There are no obvious numbers visible, you have to press a button to light them up and they only light up for a few seconds before switching off. Other buttons are very tiny and found them difficult to use, especially in the dark. Might consider buying a more "normal" remote eventually.

Often caption keeps coming on when first switching on stating, "Refine station settings", this is annoying despite all settings set on initial installation. This happened on my previous Phillips TV. Would have thought Phillips could have sorted this out by now.

To sum up, picture quality is excellent, apart from the apps page which is very dim, is that a setting problem? sound quality is good but you need a separate sub woofer for decent bass and stereo separation is not that great due to the limited width of the built in sound bar. This applies to all TV's. Some niggles with the remote control, too simplistic in my opinion. Annoying caption that often come on to say, "reset your station settings"

So overall a really excellent TV but let down by a few niggling and annoying features. .

In Short:

I have to buy an additional soundbar to make this TV bearable to watch, I will have to spend considerable time getting the settings right for this TV and will not use the AI under any condition due to its poor execution.

Cons:

• I was seemingly forced to sign into Google or Philips to even use my TV despite that I simply use my PS5 as my input device
• The AI settings are garbage, this is for audio and visual. The visuals will either be too dark if you use the HDR AI, too saturated for picture AI and the sound volume will drastically alter dependant on content if you use the sound AI.
• The above also meant that I have to spend a considerable amount of time manually adjusting settings to actually get a decent picture, which keep getting reverted (if you plug PS5 in for example, it will always use game settings not personal settings)
• The audio is very very high range bias, I can see why they used an additional subwoofer to demonstrate this model! This was marketed as a TV that doesn't require any additional audio equipment but I can absolutely assure you.. you will need a soundbar! The only way to get any mid/low range is to use the AI audio to unlock the "equalizer" so to speak - but the problem you then face is when you switch to different content it might end up blasting high volume in your face.
  
  

Pros:

• The ambilight is really cool, makes for a fun viewing experience.
• The picture itself when you've played enough with the settings is pretty amazing compared to the 10+ year LED TV I have come from.
