go definitely for a Android version.

Also I recommend to buying a Philips Fidelio high end soundbar to get amazing sound quality ( 7.2 version )

This TV's listed as having features to change the screen ratio. However, the "Auto fill screen" function does NOT remove black bars horizontally or vertically. This was the main reason I purchased the TV, as I have a PHILIPS 58PUS8507/12 with the Auto fill function and it works perfectly fine in removing black bars.

If possible, I would suggest Philips can update the TV software to rectify the issue? The Titan OS is horrible too, it is clunky and very slow to react via the extremely fiddly remote. Your Android TV's worked much more fluently, I hope in the future you return all your Ambilight TV's to the Google TV OS.

Slightly different technology to get used to, but it's not too bad to use. Picture could be a bit sharper in HD format. Freely pictures poor. I use sky stream, so better. Quite like Ambilight feature in dark room.

I previously owned another two ambilite tv’s by Philips, both have been good reliable sets and this new one is no exception but with more apps and a far better viewing experience, simple setup if you have an aerial or dish but even better it has Freely built in so no need for the other options if you have broadband, yes you could say I like it.

Phillips needs to do something with e titan os. We need to be able to download apps that we whant to use like Now or apple tv or any other apps. It is so stupid that in 2025 i need to watch a movie on the internet explorer.

Iif i knew before about this i woudn’t buy it. The tv is nice but this is not enough.

This is my second tv in a matter of two weeks. Both tvs had a similar issue with flashing intermittent coloured grids flashing up on the screen. Contacted Philips who were great to offer advice and a potential remedy via a downloadable update via usb stick.

Used the stick and it appears to have remedied the problem. Like the tv with the lights.

All good except you cannot access the hdmi ports once mounted on the wall

I selected this television for my husband's bedroom as his old one had suddenly died. Wow, what a fantastic piece of equipment, and he shows it off to everyone who comes to visit us. He is so proud of it and I am so pleased I made the choice.

For me it was the lowest price qled TV I could buy from a well known manufacturer with a 6 year warranty, freely and the bonus of Ambilight. After an initial problem that looked like a fault tweaking and resetting resolved it.

I was looking for a new TV and ended up buying this one basically because it looked cool. With the ambient lights on the back what could go wrong it was a good price made by a popular brand but OMG.

The picture quality is on another level the sound quality is so good we gave away our soundbar to my daughter. The ambilights are not a gaemic they are game changer giving you a cinematic experience compared to nothing else. You really feel like you is a cinema I am so happy with this TV this morning I ordered another one to replaceing my living room TV

I love the tv and the remote. However, only four stars because of the FREELY app. It takes over the normal tv signal and doesn't show all channels in order. If I could remove it , I would!

I looked at many different tv’s before deciding on this purchase. I particularly like the Ambience and the overall colour which is great. I would recommend this TV to anyone considering purchasing a new one

Nice tv with decent picture quality, but the os titan is terrible... slow, a few bugs and limited apps compared to my 2022 the one tv which was running android. Would not recommend
