TV set up not the easiest for I player hat to get more software for a brand new TV. Then re boot router and still freely doesn't work properly

TITAN OS on surkea!! Ei ruutu+, MTV katsomo eikä Elisa viihde tukea, ei play kauppaa!! Olen erittäin pettynyt ja tämä oli virhe ostos jota kadun syvästi. En suosittele!!!

Phillips needs to do something with e titan os. We need to be able to download apps that we whant to use like Now or apple tv or any other apps. It is so stupid that in 2025 i need to watch a movie on the internet explorer.

Iif i knew before about this i woudn’t buy it. The tv is nice but this is not enough.

This is my second tv in a matter of two weeks. Both tvs had a similar issue with flashing intermittent coloured grids flashing up on the screen. Contacted Philips who were great to offer advice and a potential remedy via a downloadable update via usb stick.

Used the stick and it appears to have remedied the problem. Like the tv with the lights.

All good except you cannot access the hdmi ports once mounted on the wall

I selected this television for my husband's bedroom as his old one had suddenly died. Wow, what a fantastic piece of equipment, and he shows it off to everyone who comes to visit us. He is so proud of it and I am so pleased I made the choice.

Amazing lighting and features and also good size tv

For me it was the lowest price qled TV I could buy from a well known manufacturer with a 6 year warranty, freely and the bonus of Ambilight. After an initial problem that looked like a fault tweaking and resetting resolved it.

I was looking for a new TV and ended up buying this one basically because it looked cool. With the ambient lights on the back what could go wrong it was a good price made by a popular brand but OMG.

The picture quality is on another level the sound quality is so good we gave away our soundbar to my daughter. The ambilights are not a gaemic they are game changer giving you a cinematic experience compared to nothing else. You really feel like you is a cinema I am so happy with this TV this morning I ordered another one to replaceing my living room TV

I love the tv and the remote. However, only four stars because of the FREELY app. It takes over the normal tv signal and doesn't show all channels in order. If I could remove it , I would!

I looked at many different tv’s before deciding on this purchase. I particularly like the Ambience and the overall colour which is great. I would recommend this TV to anyone considering purchasing a new one

Lovely ambilight experience works like a dream. Looks fantastic on the wall also on a stand. Would highly recommend. A +5*****

Nice tv with decent picture quality, but the os titan is terrible... slow, a few bugs and limited apps compared to my 2022 the one tv which was running android. Would not recommend

Extremely pleased with this tv much better than I thought,first time I owned a Philips very impressed with the ambi light and the quality of the picture and sound,the tv is led and normally with cheaper tvs I have had in past q led tvs are very bright this one however is nice and subtle and not giving me a headache,only bad point is the lack of apps as iam using the titan os system which isn’t a problem I just connect Apple TV to it to watch now tv,iam very impressed with the freely service so I don’t need an Ariel.overall excellent tv but wished it offered extended warranty or insurance on it as that would be a bonus

I absolutely love my new TV. The picture is beautifully crisp and clear. it seems to tackle any kind of broadcast quality and movement with ease. I cannot comment on sound as I have it through a soundbar. The Titan OS was not great to start with but two very quick updates sorted that out and it works perfectly now. Freely is inbuilt for watching a huge number of channels as well as the usual BBC ITV 4 and 5 and also the usual apps are there too.

Now my favourite part is the Ambilight - wow just wow - this feature lights up the back of the TV and your wall in sync with what is on your screen and thereby making your screen seem bigger. There are different options to choose from- Gaming, Music, Cinema etc and many others - you can alsochoose the colour of your wall behind so that the lights calibrate to it. Also it can be set to just be an ambient light.

All this for an extremely well priced QLED TV. There is nothing to dislike about this TV.
