After only a few nights of use, the QuietOn 4 caused severe pain, pressure and irritation deep inside my ears.

They are absolutely not suitable for everyone, and in my case they were physically unusable.

What made the situation even worse was Verkkokauppa’s customer service.

Despite explaining clearly that the product caused health-related discomfort, the response I received was cold, dismissive and unhelpful.

I was treated purely as a “hygiene product policy case,” not as a customer with a genuine problem.

No empathy, no effort to understand, no attempt to find a solution.

If you are considering buying these earplugs, be aware:

they may not fit you anatomically, and if they cause pain or irritation, you will be stuck with them.

There is no flexibility from the store even in health-related situations.

I cannot recommend this product — or the service I received — to anyone.
