Bought these to replace an old pair that had developed a critical error. I’m very pleased with the sound quality and the noise cancelling is fantastic, the case feels a bit cheap compared to the old case.

I bought these to block the noise of an air conditioning unit and while they are good for that, I found the lack of control over the feature to be really really annoying. The software sucks, you can't turn off the voice prompts, the in ear detection thinks you've taken them off when you lie down, the Bluetooth also randomly turns off because it thinks you are asleep.

I ended up sticking tape over the in ear detection to basically disable the in ear altogether. On the previous model you can turn it off in the app. This app has nothing, you can't turn off or turn down this voice that shouts things at you like "ready to pair" and "battery 100%" it's so bad, why isn't there a volume control or an off button for the voice prompts?

I bought these for my holiday. Love the size the colour and the way they sound. Very happy

Great units with a nice full sound. Great noise cancelling facility. Bluetooth had issues disconnecting interminably and on one occasion lost the right side completely. Had to do a total reset and re-pair, not just disconnected and forget/re-add device. Quite frustrating at the time as it appeared there could be a fault.

Bought a second set a month ago as a back up.

As I’m extremely happy with my original set

I really like my Bose Buds, as they are a replacement for an earlier pair purchased.

However, the reason I bought Bose is for a ‘quality item’ that’s well built and will last.

My older pair packed up with only one bud able to connect to my devices.

I Was under the impression that these could be repaired by Bose and I could have the older pair as spares. But your web site doesn’t allow for them even to be assessed for repair and so I have serious questions about the longevity of the replacements.

I asked in an earlier communication if somebody could get back to me and tell me why I can’t get them repaired by Bose but have heard nothing. Whilst your website shows I can have the repair or upgrade option this is not the case. I am very disillusioned with Bose

Can’t fault the sound quality or the noise cancelling but given that so many other people have experienced they keep disconnecting from my iPhone. I have tried all the fixes but still disconnect randomly. Hence only 4 stars. Regardless I would still recommend them

Amazing sound love using it while training at noisy gym.

I bought these as a self-gift for finishing exams, and am so happy to upgrade from my old / broken airpods. I think the noise cancellation is top notch, they're comfortable to wear for hours at a time, and battery life seems good too. Only downside are the super sensitive touch controls, I still don't know what the commands are or how to disable them. If I scratch my ear or adjust the way they're sitting while I wear them, they'll either power off, stop my music, or end my call entirely. I don't want to download the app every time I want to use my headphones just to know what random touch control might be set off by my normal usage. Though I'd still recommend them as a good purchase.

Purchased my Bose comfort earbuds 4weeks ago and I am extremely happy with the results. Noise cancellation is amazing and they are so comfortable to wear. Buying process was easy and they were delivered within three days. I wear them almost every day and highly recommend anyone in the market for comfortable earbuds to try these you will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately I have to travel on the tube several times a week with people who think that it’s ok to play their phones out loud. Thanks to these little beauties other people’s noise no longer bothers me. It’s a shame we live in a world where people are so inconsiderate that I need these but there you go.

I bought these for my wife as her other Bose headphones were being held together with tape. She said that these buds are amazing!! Once you get used to the functions of how they operate. Even better than her last pair.

I eventually bought these with some trepidation but was delighted to discover that the noise cancellation was what I had hoped. It is so much better than I expected.

These are one of the best earbuds I’ve ever had. They are comfortable and the noise cancelling is amazing. There are other features on there which are quite impressive too.

I had previously owned the Bose SoundSport In-Ear Headphones, and they were the best listening experience ever. Period. Without any hesitation, I went for the QuietComfort, and I must say, I am impressed. The Bose signature sound is still very much present (I listen to a lot of soft rock and vocal-forward tracks), although the SoundSport were more comfortable to wear. While I have no complaints about the sound quality, the ANC could be improved – I walk during the evenings and if there is a gentle wind, I can clearly hear the wind howling even in “Quiet” mode. And lastly, please make the app more polished and easier to use. It’s slow, has a dated interface, and fails to auto-connect my earbuds. As sound quality matters the most to me and it trumps all the other annoyances I have mentioned above, I think I’ll stick with my QuietComfort buds.

These earbuds were a present for my daughter who works in a very noisy office and likes to listen to her own music rather than other people’s. The noise cancellation feature is amazing, better than any other earbuds we have tried, and she is delighted with them. The colour choices are also good so, whilst expensive, these are well worth the extra money.

Excellent product, second pair and great value for money.

I bought this product a month ago and must say it is far better then the apple EarPods.

They are more comfort, fit well and give great sound with a noise reduction system which cuts out background noise,

Would definitely recommend these as a great buy for listening to music films social media and podcast

I bought this because I managed to break the pair I had previously. They are excellent.

Softalla saa hienosäädettyä helposti omaan makuun sopivan äänen.

Ohjaus nappien painikkeilla on myös ihan ok.
