Stuck with a Grainy ScreenArvosana 1/5
I regret buying this monitor directly from Samsung. The screen is grainy and blurry, especially on white or light backgrounds — whites look dirty, text isn’t crisp, and it causes eye strain and headaches during work. This is absolutely not acceptable for a display at this price point.
When I contacted Samsung support, they refused a return because the 14-day return window had passed. Their only “solution” was to send it for inspection, which could take weeks — and according to their own service terms, I might have to pay the servicing costs if they decide it’s “within spec.” That leaves me afraid to even send it in.
To make things worse, I later found another customer with the same issue who was able to return theirs — so clearly, this is not an isolated problem. Yet I’m stuck with this monitor and no straightforward resolution.
If you value clear image quality, fair treatment, and responsive customer service, I strongly advise avoiding this model and buying from a store with a longer return policy, like Verkkokauppa.
