Ordered the 900 series purifier but the filter does not come with rings essential for keeping the filter in place to ensure proper purification. NOT HAPPY.
REPLACEMENT FILTERS NOT AVAILABLE FOR MONTHS.
Replacement filters not available in the UK - this is unacceptable.
This is a relatively new product - I believe it was introduced to the market less than a year ago. I purchased a Phillips 900 air purifier in March 2025.
Yet all I can find is copy filters made by other companies, which are likely cheaper and less effective.
WHAT IS GOING ON? THIS IS NOT OKAY.
PLEASE EMAIL ME AND LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO.

I bought the mini 900 series and wanted to buy an additional filter. However, it’s been a month since I bought the air purifier and the filter is still out of stock. Dunno how long do i have to wait.
