I have multiple browsers (Edge and usually 2 Chrome browsers open with tons of tabs), PDFs, Excel sheets, Microsoft Teams running, and OneNote running, and it takes up about 20 of the 32 GB of RAM. Everything is super quick. Very pleased with the purchase.

Also, it lagged majority of the time which with my new Lenovo laptop I haven't encountered an issue at all. I can open all my documents without a hassle; I can also see notifications from my Samsung to my computer. I definitely am satisfied with my purchase.

I've been using x1 carbon for more than 5 years now and every time I just by the new model. I appreciate the quality of the screen, keyboard, the lightness and the robustness of its build. It's a piece of an engineering art.

Some people may find the screen too bright, but you can adjust the resolution and brightness to solve the problem. If you really have sensitive eyes, you may consider the Thinkpad T14 series, which is more eye-friendly.

I have used Lenovo for many years snd this is my 5th. Its speed and performance beats my expectations. Everything works fine and the solid design stands out compared to others I have seen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brand new ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13 has major issues. It does not operate properly on battery power: it boots slowly, operates unevenly, some apps won’t load at all. It works fast and smoothly on plug-in power. It is very disappointing, not to mention a major hassle, to receive a laptop that is defective right out of the box for this top-of-the-line product. Where is your quality control Lenovo?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had the laptop for a few weeks, so my assessment is based on that, but so far, so good. It's super light, fast, and well built. However, it does compromise on sturdiness and ruggedness for weight, so I'm a bit concerned it might be a bit fragile, and I wouldn't want to drop it or put anything on top for fear of cracking the screen. Therefore, my only comment is you're using this in the field or away from a classic office setup (home or work) or coffee shop environment, to be extra careful. Certainly not a laptop for kids or clumsy people. However, for me, it's perfect, you can hardly tell it's in your bag. Great product.

Already I have a nonfunctioning WiFi. I have replaced the driver under Microsoft direction and that does not solve the problem. At this point, I have no access to the internet.

Really light, soft keyboard, excellent battery, beautiful colors and clarity on screen, connects to bluetooth headset seamlessly, the only thing I wish it had was a pinch to zoom screen, easy to travel with as it's not so heavy and thick, nice that power cable is smaller now with it being a type c charger, would recommend
