Philips 65" OLED959 – 4K OLED+ Ambilight Google TV

This is the best Television we have had to date, as we have had several different models over the last few years (from LG to Bang & Olufsen) and this has the best Picture by far with great audio.

It must be brilliant as my wife, who is a technophobe, keeps commenting on how good the picture is, which she never did that for the other televisions!

Having been a Philips fan for years cove finely breached the premium tier if their TV range and I have to say having a TV that can reach 1500 nits is a revelation. The soundcuscpretty good too once you adjust the bass up a couple of notches. But tgerecusca flaw with the HDR on certain sources such as PS5 and some strerming apos where the brightness and contrast is there but the colours become pale and desaturated. This has been an issue I noted on the oled 707

Would like to see better support for TV channel apps like iPlayer, as casting limits UHD options. 2 x HDMI 2.1 is ok for me but not future proof enough for others. The picture is a top performer in this current phase of OLED lifecycle the integrated sound bar is surprisingly good and powerful, certainly worth considering the need for a separate sound bar and sub woofer in a small-medium sized room
