I had a Miband 5 for years to track my exercises and to see the time. It needs to be charged every 3 weeks or so.
Apple Watch does essentially the same things but has to be charged daily. This watch does not offer too many features. Compare to my boyfriend's Galaxy Watch, it's very much behind. It cannot show me even the basic things: heart rate and steps count. I had to install third-party apps to see some of my own data.
I probably would not buy it again or I would consider other watch brands.
