Health, sleep and fitness tracking is good. If you have an iphone, an apple watch is the smartwatch that will best work.
But, be prepared to charge it every day, (overnight not an option if you want sleep tracking). If you want to avoid having to charge during a weekend trip or a hectic day, better go with an apple watch with better battery capacity (the ultras).
