Out of the box, the board had a BIOS dated back to 2022, it had no support for ddr5, I did not know that and every time a changed anything in the BIOS, I had to remove the board's battery, wait for 10-15 minutes, until I could get back to the BIOS. But eventually I found out it had an old BIOS, you will have to have a USB stick, with FAT format, download the latest bios, update the bios through the bios itself, then your ddr5 can work. But, even after the latest bios, the board limits the speed of the ram to below 4800MHz, anything above, then you will have to pull out the batter again, wait for 10 minutes, then back again. I tried to contact Asus, you would rather throw away the product. It's almost impossible. And I know verkkokauppa will give me a hard time, that's why I won't return it.

First build. I found the motherboard easy to install and the initial boot-up, BIOS and Windows installation was straightforward. No troubleshooting required. Once installed, you are brought straight to the drivers if you use the internet. Upon downloading all the drivers for my CPU, Motherboard and Graphics Card everything has worked without a hitch and runs 4k without a problem. Would recommend as a hardware and software as everything was intuitive.

The motherboard has all the parts you need and only provides the quick installation guide. The full manual is available as a PDF from ASUS online.

It was time to upgrade by old CPU and Motherboard, so found a bundle that looked great.

The Motherboard has great features and was easy to install. Performance so far is great, not tried any overclocking features yet.

WiFi is far more stable than my previous external adapter and there's room for loads of memory, ideal for speeding up photo and video editing.

The build quality is exceptional.

Monipuoliset kellotusominaisuudet BIOSin puolella, emon kaveriksi valikoitui 9800x3D joka -30 All Core curvella käy alle 80C 240mm AIO-coolerilla. WiFi-ajurien kanssa sai tapella ihan kunnolla, Asuksen omilta sivuilta oleva ei toimi kirveelläkään tämän emon kanssa. Piti erikseen käydä lataamassa iso ajuripaketti netistä erikseen, mistä loppupeleissä oikea ajuri löytyi.
