These were purchased to replace broken echo ear buds. I only bought them because online instructions advised said Sony earbuds were compatible with Alexa on my iPhone. I’ve tried and tried again to connect the two and can’t. Please advise how to do this???

They work and are easy to use - I cannot ask for more

Being a creature of habit this is my second pair of Sony earbuds. I'm happy with them. They charge quite quickly.

I don’t need fancy, expensive earbuds, as I mainly use them to listen to audiobooks. I’m very impressed with the quality of these little gems - easy to set up and operate. Exactly what I wanted. Great value.

Great ear buds , clear clarity ,light and comfortable

Great sound and quality for the price I paid. The lack of noise cancelling means when on the phone there is a lot of background noise

I've been putting off buying a pair of truly wireless for ages but now the older model I enjoyed is becoming harder to find and just as expensive. So, I have taken the plunge and it turns out they are just as good. They insulate external noise much better. To compensate this they have a pass through mode but I find this doesn't make much difference and I still need to remove them to hear others clearly. Perhaps this is configured in the app but to be honest I could do with less apps for things like this. Loses a star for those points.

These headphones were bought to replace an earlier version of the same model. The sound reproduction is nicely balanced and they are remarkably good value if noise cancellation is not a requirement. They pair easily and instantly with my iPhone, iPad and computer. They are also comfortable to wear and remain in place. A very good product at a very reasonable price.

Received as a present a couple of weeks ago. Sound is great but I can’t get any of the supplied rubber earbuds to fit properly so they fall out when walking or exercising.

Super happy with this purchase I should have invested in a pair of Sony earbuds a very long time ago instead of wasting money on cheap ones.

Very good ,take a bit of getting used to in the ear ,but every bit as good as Cambridge Melamainia with the addition of being able to use an app to customise the experience.

Exceptional noise cancellation especially on buses and bumpy roads, and noisy environments.

Just wish they'd stay in my ears a little better but for the most part excellent

Bought these for my good lady when she's on het walking pad and she loves them. Good sound quality and easy to adjust the volume etc . Only wee problem was the getting it in left ear but a change of cover to the pod (a few are provided) did the trick. Recommended by Mrs R!

These are the worst ear-bud I have ever had they don't fit , I have tried all the s,m,l, tips totally waste of money, back to my over head earphones 🎧. 0/10

not good for calls as other person cant hear you good

It was pleasant surprise. Amazing quality! The sound can be very loud, I'm using half possible volume.
