Today I picked up my brand-new order (Order Number: 138126911) after waiting nearly two full weeks, only to discover that your workshop team has completely botched the build.Your technician installed the front intake fans backward as exhaust, turning the entire computer case into a complete vacuum. Running a system with zero intake airflow suffocates the graphics card and processor, leading to immediate thermal throttling and hardware damage.To make matters worse, your technician trapped the top fan mounting screw directly behind the rigid metal collar of the AIO liquid cooling tubes. It is physically impossible to fit a standard screwdriver in there to fix this from home without dismantling the entire cooling unit.What makes this completely unacceptable is that this is the exact same catastrophic mistake your workshop made on my previous computer order (Order Number: 118741079). This is the second time in a row that I have paid €99 for a professional assembly, spent time explicitly communicating with your staff about proper fan positioning, and been completely ignored.I had to travel 1 hour each way to the Jätkäsaari store today just to receive a non-functional product that I cannot safely turn on. My time, patience, and money have been completely disrespected.

Furthermore, because the physical assembly was so dangerously botched, I have not plugged in or turned on the PC to avoid shorting or overheating the components. This means I cannot even verify if the mandatory motherboard BIOS updates and stability testing included in the €99 fee were actually performed. Given the technician's complete lack of basic building knowledge, I have serious doubts that any quality control or software configuration took place at all. I won't change this review until my PC gets fixed the same day and I get compensated.
