[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this TV around a year ago and I am very happy with its picture, it has great sound, but I’m very disappointed with the user interface and processor, it’s very slow, turning the TV on and loading to the Home Screen takes 15+ seconds, icons take up to 30 seconds to load in, when using the remote and scrolling left to right or up and down it’s sometimes unresponsive and jumps steps majorly, I feel as if LG made a TV without giving it enough power for the OS, apps and AI features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's cheaper compared to other TV, No compromise on quality of the picture, all the essential apps are available, significant use of Chromecast.

Very good but seems slower than my old Samsung tv. Also don't like the empty without built in, had to buy a universal remote for ease of use.

Good picture quality but not very vivid. Sounds come from the back of the TV, a bit weird. So 2 stars gone.

Absolutely superb TV for the money. I am well pleased with it. The picture and sound quality especially are brilliant. You expect sound to be poor nowadays without a sound bar, but this I only have on volume 7-10!

Picture and sound seem fine but the response time to any press on the remote is really slow. In addition, eArc doesn't seem to work properly and if the last input was a device that has since been switched off, then it will regularly disconnect from a streaming app because of "no input" as it still thinks it should be the Xbox or DVD player etc. Also, some streaming apps have to keep restarting themselves to clear memory which is ridiculous given all anybody does in 2025 is stream.

Pleased with Sound and picture quality. Not sure about OS used. Will take some getting used to. Mouse control not the best.

My 75UT81006LA has a very clean and clear colour and pictures

Great picture, great sound, perfect size. It takes time switching on the apps and that is the only downsize we have seen so far.

I think it could be smoother and faster, the system is very slow when you access the settings and some applications are very slow

Very slow on responding to remote. Randomly a mouse like cursor pops up and you have to point at the screen. Multiple apps always need updating, never experienced that before.. thankfully this is just a bedroom TV not main else would be going back to the shop.

Picture quality is a good standard, which is what you have a TV for. But all the messing round before is just annoying

A little awkward navigating through the extensive menus, but when I finally got to the correct one to tune in my freeview antenna, it was a breeze.
