It feels like nothing on my finger, the build quality is excellent, and the recovery/sleep data has genuinely helped me make better training decisions. The app feels smarter and more intuitive than most wearables, and the daily insights are actually actionable. If you care about recovery without wearing a bulky watch 24/7, this is a no-brainer.

There are a lot of cool features, data to analyze, and they display it for you in a way that is digestible and not overwhelming. I like the suggestions it gives you based off of different patterns you have. The best thing I like it for is the sleep analysis, and the score it gives me. It gives me insights I haven’t had before! Although now that it is a year out from me having it, I did start having some performance issues like it not tracking data completely.

It tracks stress aswell as sleep and heart rates! I love the scoring system it does too! I never understood the value for money after testing this and it’s top of the marks

However, their activity tracking still needs inprovement i.e. it records steps when I'm riding a motobike and does not pick up other activity like pilates even when I upload them manually.

Really hopethis will be corrected with further software updates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DON'T BUY IT! I bought my ring in the spring and already will not hold a charge longer than 7 hours. I have done multiple resets on the ring, checked all settings to ensure other apps are not draining the battery and still will not hold a charge. Since it will not hold a charge longer than the 7 hours, i cannot even use it to gather data on my sleep, limited thru the day as well and have to charge it just to even track steps. Buy the Oura!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found the Ultrahuman Ring to be extremely helpful with giving me insights into my health and fitness. The ring looks great and is lightweight but sturdy. I am happy with the battery life, not had any issues with losing charge.

It looked great, felt comfortable, and the app experience seemed promising at the start. Unfortunately, that excitement didn’t last long. Within just two months, the ring stopped connecting to my phone altogether. I tried all the troubleshooting steps, even reinstalled the app several times, but nothing worked. It’s disappointing because when it functioned properly, it gave me useful insights into my sleep and recovery. Now it’s just an expensive piece of metal sitting on my desk. I really wanted to love this product, but the reliability just isn’t there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been wearing this ring daily for the last month and it has become my new favourite health tracker. I mainly use it for sleep tracking as wearing my Apple Watch to bed was cumbersome. It is very comfortable throughout the day and due to the friendly ring sizing guide you get before the ring, is a perfect fit, battery life is great with several modes to choose from and is very durable for everyday use. If, like me, you are a gym goer or are very active with your hands, it would be best to buy a silicone protector for this as it will scratch under heavy use. The only negative with this ring is a potential flaw its long term functionality, when I first received the ring, it lasted less than 24 hours before it would no longer connect or charge. Upon reading online this is a very common issue with these. Support is not the quickest, with long time in between replies. After being told to try several troubleshooting methods including a 4 day battery drain, which did not work, I was sent a replacement. I was without a ring for over 2 weeks which was a little disappointing but the main thing is that the replacement is going on strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial order process is brilliant; you get a few tester rings (just plastic) to size, which allows you to determine which ring would be best. I would suggest testing different sizes and different fingers to find which one suits you best.

The box, way too big for a ring, charger and USB cable. And would rather have had a ring protector than stickers, which I wouldn't use.

At first new ring seemed a bit funny to wear. Slightly tighter than when tested, but over time feels better.

In terms of functions and features, the best feature has to be sleep tracking. Compared to a well-known smart watch, it gives deeper details in sleep patterns and improves sleep quality.

General day-to-day tracking is okay, hr stress, and all the usual data, but that's only in high power mode, which will give you a lot less than 6-7 days as advertised. For that, you have to use chill mode, which reduces functions and limits tracking, i.e, every half hour or so. Step count is way off sometimes, has shown I've done 15k, where other trackers have shown around 5k, and judging what I've done, that would be a lot more believable.

Workout tracking - anything cardio not using hands is brilliant, and that's where it stops. I mainly do weights, and it's hit and miss; hr is way off what other trackers are reporting.

Coming back to accessories, would have rather had a ring protector for workouts rather than the stickers, The outer ring got scratched in the first few days of wearing it, had to order some but that doesn't seem fair as well as I thought it would

Lastly, ring Updates when you check using the dedicated update. There's no update, run ring diagnostics for anything. A magical update appears

It's new in tech world, so understand its got a long way to go yet

I have my ring for around 5 months. Very happy with it in the beginning but starting one month ago, the battery drains very quick. It used to last 3 to 4 days but now I have to charge it 2 times a day, which is so frustrating! I tried the troubleshooting guide, drain it for 4 days and charge it. I'm using the chill mode. I don't know what other solution to try. It's a bad value for the money I spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing the Ultrahuman Ring Air for a while now and I have to say it has completely changed the way I think about my health data. This has to be the best thing to exist for sleep and recovery data. It’s incredibly lightweight and slim and I honestly forget I'm even wearing it, which is crucial for a device you wear 24/7 and especially at night. It's so much more discreet and comfortable than a bulky smartwatch.

The data it provides is fantastic. The best part is the sleep tracking and recovery insights. For me, seeing my sleep score and recovery metrics every morning has actually helped me stay active and make good choices to stay on track

It doesn’t seem to pick up exercise automatically and if I indicate I’m exercising it often loses connection with the HR seeming very off or inconsistent.

Over the past month, the battery has drained very fast. After charging it’ll tell me to charge again 4-5 hours later. I reset the ring and updated the software without improvement.

From the start the journey you go though is so personal. Getting your ring sizing box which is reusable. Then being able to pick the colour you want from the list. It all feels so personal and makes your feel part of the journey.

Then the unboxing and all the all the information provided really is impressive. All the small details are looked after.

I haven’t taken the ring of only to charge it!

The in-depth analysis that it provides you is something I have never seen or used before.

The summary of sleep score, caffeine score even to suggestions to help your improve your score suggested bed times, sleep score it’s does everything. Even alerted me to a very low heart rate during my sleep. Which sounds scary but something a garmin or Fitbit never ever picked up.

The ring is really comfortable to wear and is hardly noticeable. Fits with pretty much all my attire.

The only downside and bad thing that stops me giving the ring a 5* review is I play a lot of racket sport and it’s hard to play with the ring on my racket hand it got slightly uncomfortable and I had to take it off.

My of my sport is tennis or padel so that’s a big deal to me personally.

Most other sports even swimming would not be and issue as the ring is waterproof.

I really do love this Ultrahuman ring and the app that comes with it. Having the app be free is also an added bonus.

I think it going to be part of my life for a very long time now.

Also worth mentioning it still looks as perfect as the day it arrived. Cannot recommend this Ultrahuman ring enough.
