In this particular model brand they got rid of that option, which totally makes the touchscreen kind of purposeless. Other than that it’s got good quality screen the security options kind of suck because you cannot do fingerprint, which was always a great option. We sold as a top line computer, but it fell short of that Mark.

I had to schedule 2 or 3 repairs at my location (for the same issue regarding logic board) and after solving that, I ended up having a problem with the power button. The button broke and after checking on the internet I realize is a very common issue, which is very hard to solve.

I acquired this laptop las year to start my MBA and a ThinkPad laptop - tablet, but Im not happy with neither.

I got to know the Lenovo brand while working as a management consultant and pressured test their reliability with 90+ hour workweeks and overall heavy use. I initially loved it, but these and previous purchases where surprisingly lame quality.

Even though I was a strong supporter, I’m switching off definitely from Lenovo devices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Lenovo Yoga for work but have enjoyed it for so much more. The speed and graphics are amazing. Video editing and Zoom calls are flawless. This is an awesome laptop that I highly recommend.

Software support is just horrible! Im still not able to get it working on my machine. one problem after another and still not able to use it . Im not able to get to a real person. and yes my Teams will not work with them. but I use it weekly. Im still waiting patiently. go look at my reply to your tickets.

It has shut down, making it unable to use at all, and even after repairs the keyboard still does not work. I have had a lenovo computer before, and I would of never thought I would ever have so much trouble with their products before. Very much unsatisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was very excited to have this upgraded machine and looking forward to the graphics power it would bring to my work life. Sadly the graphics card is locked to only work on the internal screen, making it an extra expense that is un-functional in my docked/multi screen/ tele med providing work life. I have been on all the threads, forums, chats, support networks, and no work around is available. This should be advertised, that while this computer is powerful, fast, and works great! If you are spending more to get the Nvidia card, know it will only work on the screen attached to the laptop.

The computer is very bulky and heavy. It does not really show that way when reviewing. It is big and don’t think I would have bought it had it been so expensive

I am a sound designer for video games and thus require both processing power for the part of my work that focuses on creating sound effects, ambiences, and (at times) music - while also requiring a decent amount of GPU horsepower for playing builds of games I'm working on, working in Unity and Unreal Engine, and, of course, playing games for fun (and sometimes research lol).

I wanted a laptop that doesn't feel too "gamer-y" in its aesthetic while not bottlenecking the GPU with a below average TDP. Another thing I care a lot about is having a color accurate, high refresh rate display that ideally holds up to outside use fairly well.

With those factors in mind, it was between the Yoga Pro 9i and the Asus ROG Zephyrus G16. What pushed me towards the former was its much brighter display (seriously, gaming in HDR is amazing on this thing), it delivering 100W GPU TDP in an equally slim and understated enclosure, the better price point, and the fact that Lenovo's reliability track record has been far better than Asus' in recent years.

After about a month with the machine I couldn't be happier. I added an additional 2TB of storage first thing and started doing some of my work on the go as well as using it as my couch gaming rig after work pretty much every day. Since both my partner and I are nightly gamers yet like to hang out in the living room together, I usually opt for the Lenovo while she's on the PS5. The display is incredibly vibrant in SDR and looks incredible when playing games in HDR. However, it is advisable to turn off HDR outside of games and movies since the blooming can be distracting if you're a dark mode afficionado like myself. Rest assured though, the black levels are still fantastic even in SDR.

Fan noise is noticeable when gaming on balanced or performance mode but never at a level I'd call distracting. For audio work and productivity, power efficiency mode is still highly capable and provides fairly decent battery life somewhere between 4 and 8 hours depending on the workload. Nothing mindblowing but more than enough to get me by in the few instances I am without a power adapter.

I can definitely recommend this laptop to any creatives who also love to game and don't want to compromise on either.

Great form factor, nice keyboard, beautiful screen. The only gripe is the size and heft of the power supply, but that comes with the power of the RTX graphics.

One of kind device. Fast, reliable, and extremely portable. Definitively recommended !!!

For my needs it works but it i have to work on battery power all day it would not last. I get about 5 hours before i have to plug it in. I use it why'll watching TV at night so i can keep it plugged in. Some have complained about the key board but i like it. The screen is bright and the colors pop. Leveno shipped it quicky and i had it in a few days. So far all is good.
