Not sure if I want to try another one. This happened before on another IdeaPad I owned. Obviously, Lenovo needs to check these things out before sending their computers out for purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great build quality, especially on the hinge. Feels solid. Screen is high quality too. Audio is very good for a laptop. The keyboard leaves a bit to be desired, because the keys are recessed and don't have much travel, but this is standard for the form factor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do love this IdeaPad 5 2in1. It's small enough to cart around, much more convenient than my old 15.5" laptop. The touch screen is very handy and works well, I find myself switching back and forth between touch and using the keyboard quite a bit. The pen comes with it (this is a little confusing on the website but it does indeed come with the digital pen) and it's more precise than my finger when that's needed. The migration from my old Lenovo to this one was very smooth, I really don't have any complaints at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 2-in-1 (14” AMD) – Luna Grey when my old Lenovo gave out, and it’s been a solid choice so far. Right now, I’m mostly using it for the basics—Word docs, emails, browsing—and it handles all of that with no issues.

One thing I didn’t expect to love as much as I do is the touchscreen. It’s super responsive and just makes things easier sometimes. I haven’t tried tablet mode or all the 2-in-1 features yet, but I’m looking forward to seeing what it can really do.

The laptop looks great—Luna Grey is sleek without being too flashy—and it feels well-made. The keyboard’s comfortable, and it’s light enough to move around with no problem.

So far, so good! It’s a great everyday laptop with some fun extras I still get to try out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase has been one of my favorites because I use this laptop for school and when I have free time I can fold the screen up or down onto the keyboard and use it to sit back and watch a movie. It has lots that is beneficial like allows me to use the split screen and change the display. Overall I believe this product has been of good use and hasn’t given me a reason to put it down, I use it for just about all my activities and hobbies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Searching for a personal laptop, and have always used Lenovo for work, and knew and liked their products, I landed on the Ideapad and chose the 5 2-in-1 for its features, storage. Can't get too detailed as I am not tech savvy. Arrived quickly and was easy to set up. To be honest, I work from home so constantly have my work laptop in front of me so haven't yet dived in to all the features of the Ideapad but like its design, and it was very easy to transfer pics and files over to it.

Overall it seems like a pretty solid machine. The color is gorgeous. The keyboard feels good. The keyboard backlight is great. The touchpad could feel a bit better--a little less clacky and a little more clicky/thunky instead. I wish the screen had a higher max brightness--closer to 450 nits would be nice. It's bright *enough*, but even at its brightest it just *feels* dim. The pen is great. If you can get this guy on sale, getting 16 GB RAM, a Ryzen 5, backlit keyboard, digital pen, and a touchscreen is a pretty great deal. I told everyone I know about it.

I am an Apple user and have been for over 20 years. I do not care for the way that MS Office Products look and work on a Mac, so I always have a Windows Laptop, remaining bilingual.

My company has very strict security requirements for remote workers and it's very limiting. There are VPN issues, connectivity issues and it made my job harder. Because of that, I decided to purchase a solid, fairly inexpensive laptop.

My partner also uses it for light - medium gaming and has been very satisfied with it.

The keyboard is great to type on when not connected to my dock, it's quick and light and I haven't had any slowdowns or bottlenecks in performance.

If you're not a heavy gamer that requires tons of RAM, this is a really solid buy and I can whole-heartedly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic, flexible, and well spec'd. This laptop has it all. Good battery life and flexible form factor means you can use it anywhere without an issue. It's powerful enough for light gaming, photo/video editing, and will definitely handle whatever work use you may have for it. I'm a developer and I'm able to run VS, VS Code, Android Studio, and other IDEs without any issue writing or compiling code. This is a great machine.
