Our first new smart television having had an original 2006 Bravia, and what a difference. Easy to set up and adjust to our preferences. Great OLED picture quality with no loss of clarity when sitting at an angle, excellent sound. Overall, we are extreamly pleased .

Absolutely obsessed with this product the picture is superb and a pleasure to watch !! Totally recommend this item absolute quality but you only get what you pay for and this is just perfect 👌

After my Sony XF9005 died I bought this after reading reviews. Wow, picture quality is quite simply stunning. Sound is more than satisfactory and the apps work flawlessly. Plenty features and more than enough inputs.

I bought this a month ago and the experience has been amazing! After trying many competitors, I have found that this Sony is truly un-matched in black definition. The sound is excellent and the way in which image is shown just makes us feel like its a cinema experience

Excellent picture and sound more than happy with this Tv

Generally very pleased. Easy setup and user interface is clear. Disappointed that Sony no longer offers Freesat and one is left with General satellite which is poor by comparison. Our freeview signal is erratic and so Freesat was much superior.

Great picture and sound, but disappointed with the relflection from the shiney screen during the day which distracts from the overall experience.

Bought the TV last month and it is excellant, however I,m having some trouble with the media player SD card in Sony memory card readervia USB. It shows photo thumbnails great but when I press to see a photo full size sometimes all I get is a row of horizontal stripes. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Apart from that it,s a great product.

To help know after a lot of research I have bought new HDMI cables one for tv and one for PS5 so let’s see what happens no blame to Sony.

Picture is stunning as is the sound through my Sonos soundbar although I do have some issues with it syncing the speech requiring me to scroll back to the tele speakers then back to my audio system hence the 4 stars

I’ve wanted an XR for a while and finally decided to put my money where my mouth is. It’s blowing me away!!! The picture is outstanding. What has really impressed me is the sound!!

Been looking to buy this for a while great television.

This is second Sony Bravia I have had the previous one was 49” and was still as good as new after six years. I bought this 55” TV in Late January 2026, I believe I made the right choice as it was easy to set up and the picture and sound quality is excellent and there is such a large number of apps to choose from. We find it is easy to use it’s just about getting used to it.

I have tried using to voice control and it works well, but I am still getting used to variety of controlls

From a 15 yo top of the range Samsung, this does everything I wanted that to do ! Seamless integration with receiver, PS5 and NAS box, it sets everything up for you with plenty of options to adjust but haven't needed to.

Bought at the end of January to replace an old Sony TV.Fantastic picture and sound. Thought the old Sony was good but this one is amazing.

You will not be disappointed with the Bravia 8, it’s just so good,

There may be brighter screens out there, but this tv is perfect and real !

Thay brought my tv few weeks ago until now I am happy?

Bought this to replace another Sony Oled tv that had screen burn. That one was less than 5 years old so I’m hoping this lasts a lot longer. Always bought Sony tv and this is the first time I’ve had a problem. The picture is first class.

Thy physical TV is fine - elegant, and the picture is high quality. However, the "operating system" for the TV is "Google TV" and this bombards me with unwanted and irritating advertising. Even when the setting is changed to "Apps Only" there is STILL some advertising which cannot be removed. Surely SONY can bring pressure on Google to cease and desist from this ghastly practice?
