[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really impressed with this washer, it has enough options to get your head around but not too many that it's overcomplicated. It's straight forward enough to get to grips with quickly, washes garments well, and plays a fun little ditty at the end of the wash. I particularly like the option to pause if you need to add something to the load and also the half load setting if you only need to do a small load of washing. I gave 4 stars as we wash small items like baby socks and most washes I've had to pull one or two out of the rubber door seal, I'm guessing this happens as the water drains as they always need wringing out and are dirtier than when they went in which is a bit annoying but in time as the socks get bigger I guess that won't be such a problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought from LG Direct sales at a good price; the machine is designed to fit under shorter counter top which was essential for my location.

Machine is reasonably quiet but appears to struggle to balance the load despite very careful levelling on a solid floor. (My previous Whirlpool machine was very happy there for 11 years).

After a few uses the machine leaked water at the end of the program onto the floor in front; not sure if it's from the door or the detergent draw but it is consistent and is definitely not from underneath the machine.

I've requested service for this but am disappointed that a brand new machine should require a service call so soon.

The huge 13KG capacity is a game changer: I can effortlessly wash my big puffer duvet coat or a king-size bedspread with perfect, even results. No more expensive trips to the laundrette!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks good, very quiet, washes and spins very well, clothes have hardly any water left in them.

Disappointed that shorter washes are only suitable for 4 or 5kg. I wish to do full wash loads but really don’t have the time to wait 4 hours. Also there is very little about the steam function, you are unable to choose it as a separate function so just have to trust it happens at the end of the wash and isn’t available on all washes including duvets.

Otherwise happy with my LG washing machine and will fine tune the washes to suit me as far as is possible.

Its so easy to get it installed and its surprisingly thin but can still hold loads. The colour of the machine looks really good as well, would recommend to anyone! Especially if you have other grey appliances.

The colour really goes with anything though. The user experience is also incredibly simple, just plug in, and wash. I found that even using the AI wash, it only took about 30 minutes, and when the cycle had finished, it was pretty dry, and the clothes were fully washed and smelt fresh. It seems the AI wash is using some smart technology to understand what's in the drum at any time, and creates the perfect cycle for it. It made it so easy and took out the thought behind washing clothes. I suffer from hay-fever too, so it's a big benefit that tha allergy care option is there, and the steam technology works on every cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Physically a bit smaller than my old machine but has a larger capacity. Easy to use once you have got used to it (having the the instruction booklet handy makes this a simple process). Runs much quieter than my old machine and actually gets my laundry clean. Los of variations on programs for those that like to choose how their clothes are washed, and a handy 14 minute wash for very lightly soiled laundry.

Also used the Trad Up on the LG website and saved a lot of money, AND they took my old machine away without me having to pay them.

The machine itself looks great. The washing and spinning is very quiet. The machine plays a little tune when it finishes. Which is a little annoying.
