[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace our 14 year old LG Washer Dryer and we are not disappointed. It was competitively priced and we have found it to be intuitive to use, with a range of wash cycles to suit our varied needs. The only, very slight, negative observation is that the detergent / fabric conditioner drawer seems much lighter & less robust than our previous one but I guess time will tell if it is as strong as the one on our previous model. We are very happy with our choice and think that it is another great product from LG

It looses a star for the door, it doesnt seem to fit the washer. The instruction say to make sure nothing is in the door when you start the wash, unfortunately I didn't notice a shoe strin strap got caught, the washer started filling and my floor was soaking wet, this isbwhy it has lost a star. Going forward i will be more vigilant but I would expect a machine of this calibre to have a sensor to say there is a gap or the door is not closed properly not soak my kitchen. Even with this I would still highly recommend this washing machine

If you are tight on space but don't want to sacrifice performance, this is the unit to get. It’s quiet, efficient, and as long as you don't overfill the drum for drying, it works like a charm. It has simplified my laundry routine significantly. Verdict: 10/10 would buy again.

We’ve had an LG tv for 13 years and I can’t fault it so thought I’d give their washing machines a go after our Beko started playing up. It washes the clothes in half the time of our previous machine and uses less water so definitely a win. Also love the little tune it plays at the end of the cycle to let you know it’s done.

Cotton 60 programme is extraordinarily long, 4hrs!

Unfortunately the outer drum already had a crack only a year old and LG won’t cover it. Not worth the purchase. And now 2 years upon purchase door lock already has a fault.

Lots of annoying things. It does not have a wool wash cycle (so I probably should have seen this but thought every decent washing machine had a wool cycle), does not allow you to choose 50C, temperature, spin speed and wash duration are NOT shown when you select a cycle (so have to check by altering to see what options are), the text on the machine control panel is too faint and so difficult to read from wrong angle or in poor light, although you can select time to finish annoying it does not show duration of wash cycle until you have started it..not clear from manual whether liquid detergent should go in the drum (in fact not clear on powders v gel v liquid).

So although it, so far, seems to wash OK and probably quite water and electricity efficiently I am feeling disappointed with it and wish that I had chosen a different machine and thus, probably, different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome machine it's so quiet when washing and still quiet on a 1400 spin. Tool supplied to take out transit bolts and adjust feet. Fills from top of drum and while it's washing sprays the water from 4 outlets at the front. And another bonus is doesn't jump round the kitchen when it's spinning. Never going back to an hoover.

Everyone said to avoid a washer dryer and to have separate appliances but the utility space in our house can only fit one. I don’t dry every load of washing that I do but clothes come out perfect when I do use it. I was warned that clothes may come out wet instead of damp at the end of a wash cycle but they’ve come out damp and have dried quite quick. Really like it, absolute space saver and it’s been doing a fantastic job.

A reliable washing machine with good supplmentary technology. It also looks cool!

10 vuoden takuuta hehkuttava tarra kannattaa repiä pois, koska se koskee vain moottoria ja ei ole tae kestävästä koneesta. Neljän vuoden jälkeen kone alkoi resonoimaan aivan järkyttävästi linkouksen yhteydessä, vaikka pyykkiä on vain pari kiloa.

Huoltokäynti maksaa 130€+alv vaikka mitään ei korjattaisi ja takuuna olisi saanut vain moottorihuollon. Siitä hyvästä kannattaa vaihdattaa iskunvaimentimet, joka hiljensi konetta hiukan. Lisäksi pesukoneen painot olivat löystyneet, joten ne kaipasivat myös kiristystä. Kerta se on ensimmäinen tuollaisenkin vian suhteen.

Oletettavasti jotain muutakin epävirallista vikaa koneessa oli, kun runkojen väliin lisättiin vaimentavia tiivisteitä.

Kone ei ole niin hiljainen kuin uutena, mutta toivottavasti kestää seuraavat neljä vuotta.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer dryer is very quiet in use and it plays a tune when the cycles are complete, it's loud enough to notify, but not intrusive (love it). There are set programs which can be manually changed to suit your needs without much fuss. The start of the wash cycles distributes the detergent fully (both powder/pods) which produces cleaner items. I'm really glad I did the research and chose this machine!!

Unsatsifactory - the depth measurement given on the web specification of the washing machine is 535 mm; in fact the depth when unpacked and put into position is 610mm; the consequence is that the door behind which the WM is stored in the flat can no longer be closed. This is very frustrating. LG needs to amend the spec given on the website. Many thanks .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure why I never thought to invest in one until now?! Washing uniform has never been easier. I am able to wash with ease, I have been playing around with various settings, the cotton turbo is a favourite. It’s great that I can adjust the spin and temperature as I please. And then I tend to dry on the lower setting. Drying time has tended to be long, but I’m happy to put on and ignore. It’s better dry than sitting in the machine wet (which I am guilty for) I have yet to understand the AI feature. This machine is a God send, I’m in love!!
