I bought this thinking it was a nice small detail to have as a gift for my wife, but beware, there has been constant fights over who gets to use it. Luckily both kids fit underneath so the fights are not going too far, but it is not theirs and the real owner is in a constant struggle to grab it when it is free. Our cats love the blanket too so it is not uncommon to see them on top of it. The blanket is easy to use, even the smallest kid is using it with no trouble and safely, although the cats don't seem to use the warming function, maybe the buttons are not too good for paws. One day we even found our dog half way under the blanket and we are not sure how he managed that, but he didn't know how to turn it on either.

Overall it is pretty good, but you might find yourself in need of buying a second one just so there is enough for everyone.
