We’ve gotten every error code imaginable on this machine - horrible purchase - only reason we didn’t get a refund is because we lost the receipt in our email and they refused to refund us. I would never purchase Braun again - really disappointed. Also be very careful you don’t press “Clean” by accident, or else no coffee for hours.

Tekee loistavasti tehtävänsä. Keittää tarvittaessa vain yhden kupillisen. Käyttöönotosta miinuspiste, kun meinasi mennä hermo ilmaamisen kanssa, kuten aiemmissakin kommenteissa mainittu. Käyttöönotto onnistui lopulta noin 2 tunnin jälkeen, mutta siitä lähtien toiminut moitteetta.

Aluksi oli ilmakopla onkelma helppo hoitaa se pois.

Sen jälkee hyvä keitin

Käyttöönotto vei tosin aikaa kun ilmeni sama ongelma, jonka monet muutkin täällä maininneet. Virheilmoitus E21, jonka syy ilmeisestikin juuri tuo ilmalukko putkistossa. Parin tunnin puhaltelu yms ei auttanut, mutta tällainen yhtäkkiä ratkaisi ainakin meillä: KUN LAITE OLI LAITETTU PÄÄLLE, EIKÄ JÄRJESTELMÄ ALKANUT TAASKAAN IMEÄ VETTÄ SÄILIÖSTÄ, NOSTIN KOKEEKSI SUODATTIMEN PÄÄLLÄ OLEVAN KANNEN PYSTYYN, JOLLOIN KEITIN HÖRÄHTI TUTUSTI JA PUHALSI ILMALUKON AUKI. Sen jälkeen toiminut moitteettomasti ja nuo yhden kupin yms mahdollisuudet todella hyvät.

Love the flexibility and environmental aspect of being able to make anything from single cups to full carafes of coffee without so much as a paper filter for waste! However, we bought this upgraded model with tea hot water dispensing with the expectation it would replace our electric kettle (and save counterspace in our condo kitchen). We are pleased with the coffee features of the machine, but the hot water dispensing does not a) get as hot as it says it is supposed to in the manual nor does it get anywhere near boiling anyway -- thus the teas do not infuse properly, resulting in off tasting tea. Alas, will need to revert to a kettle for hot water for tea (though now we have no counter space for it) while relying only on the coffee functions of this machine. Too bad, we had high hopes!

Käyttöohjeet on lähes käyttökevottomat ja Braunin asiakaspalvelun ohjeet yhtä huonot. Varsinkin ajastimen ohjeistus on surkea ja vuosien varrella näppäimien tekstit ovat vaihtuneet (Auto On-->Timer). Missään ohjeissa ei puhuta ajastimen aktivoinnista, ainoastaan ohjelmointiin on huonot ohjeet. Onneksi Youtubesta löytyy videot, jotka opastavat vikatilateessa ja ajastimen käytössä.

Kesti 2 viikkoa, alkoi herjaamaan koodia E21. Piti lähettää huoltoon helsinkiin, koska huoltokumppaneita ei ole täällä maakunnissa. Huollossa käynti kestää ja kestää.... Nyt sitten asiakaan pitäisi ostaa uusi kahvinkeitin huollon ajaksi! Ei ikinä enää Braunia!

My wife and I bought this coffee pot to replace an aging unit. Being able to brew anything from a full carafe to just a single cup was a big draw for us. At first we loved the coffee maker but, after a few months of regular at-home use, the coffee maker began to report error codes and quit brewing almost every time we attempted to brew coffee. E13 (hot plate not warming correctly), E16 (descale required even though unit was cleaned recently), E21 (unable to pump water from water tank despite it being full), the thing was like Oprah giving every code it could. Long story short, the coffee maker is now a PITA to use, and throws at least one code per pot, but usually two. We are now shopping for a replacement, and it won't be a Braun machine.

Hyvät monipuoliset vaihtoehdot arkeen. Voit napata mukaan termoskupillisen tai keittää vaan kupillisen kahvia. Hinta laatu kohdallaan.

Alussa muidenkin mainitsema ongelma ilmakuplan kanssa, mutta sen jälkeen ei ongelmia. Keittää hyvää kahvia ja mahdollisuus keittää suoraan kuppiin ollut hyvä bonus.

Kun ilmakuplasta putkistossa päästiin eroon, on tullut keitettyä todella hyviä kahveja. Ainut pieni miinus on, että muutamaa kuppia varten ei ole lämpöä pannunalusessa.

Laitteessa on moneen tarpeeseen aivan riittävän hyvät ja monipuoliset säätö- ja valintamahdollisuudet.

Riippuen millä "ohjelmalla" keität, laite valitsee aina oikean vesimäärän ja vesisäiliön voi laittaa halutessaan aina täyteen. Riittää, että annostelee kahvin määrän oikein.

Mukava ominaisuus on myöskin tuo yhden kupin keittomahdollisuus.

Myös minulla antoi heti uutena vikakoodin E21, eikä laite suostunut toimimaan. Vian aiheuttaja on ainoastaan ilmalukko putkessa vesisäiliön ja pumpun välillä. Vika korjaantuu puhaltamalla varovasti esim. paineilmaa vesisäiliön alla olevaan liitokseen. Sen koommin ei ole vikakoodia tullut.

Todennäköisesti laitteita on lähetetty huoltoon ja vaihdettu uuteen aivan turhaan. Samanlaista vaivaa on esiintynyt myöskin muiden valmistajien laitteissa.

Hyvät jääkahvit, muutenkin hyvä ja toimiva kahvinkeitin. Mielestäni tyylikäs kokonaisuus.

Ensimmäisessä keittimessä heti vikakoodi E21 ja laite palautukseen/vaihtoon. Uusi kone kotiin reilussa viikossa ja sama laulu taas E21 . En voi suositella ainakaan omasta kokemuksesta. Kolmatta en taida enää kokeilla. Ei jatkoon.

tosi hyvä keitin tähän rahaan. vesisäiliössä voisi olla olla myös numerot että näkis montako kuppia on keittämässä. lasipannussa on numerot mutta sillähän ei vettä saa kaataa.piippauksen kun saisi pois niin todella hyvä keitin.

Kahvinkeitin herjas virhekoodeilla heti, ei saanut edes käyttöönottoa tehtyä. Vesisäiliö täynnä ja herjaa että lisää vettä. Ei kovin vakuuttavaa. Mut varmaan ihan kiva keitin, JOS toimisi.

Absolute junk. Incessant clean required.

Plus junk after 2 years of light use.

The “clean” and “power” buttons are so close together that you can hit them at the same time with one finger. Once you hit clean, there is nothing to do but wait for it to cycle. Unplugging doesn’t help and there is no re-set. The cycle takes over an hour and a half to complete, and you have to keep an eye on it because at some random point the “clean”button starts to flash and you have to hit it again to finish. It’s a disappointing start to the day when you accidentally hit clean trying to make yourself a cup of coffee.

First, and foremost, does not work, purchased less than 2 years ago.

Other considerations, there is no override for the "Clean" feature. Meaning if the machine decides it needs to be cleaned, you make no coffee until it is done. This is a 27 minute process (Two steps 23 minutes and an additional 4), to start your day. Hand in hand with that, the "Clean" button is placed in a very poor location where it can be activated accidentally when powering the machine. Element coating wore down very quickly, and flakes off. Handle on the carafe feels as though it is going to snap under weight of a full pot. Holding tank plastic broke down quickly and has many cracks. Really disappointed in this purchase, hopefully you won't need to be too.

We have had this coffeemaker for more than 2 years. In that time, we have had several instances of the E21 error that will not clear. Braun has replaced the unit once and now we have this problem again on the new unit (not enough water for the brew cycle selected). I will be looking for a new coffeemaker that works reliably.

The drip-stop doesn’t always work and if i move the coffee maker i can see some leaking of liquid underneath. The coffee maker doesnt keep the coffee hot for more than half an hour, it automatically shuts down. It doesnt even heat up to high temp. Smaller pot for bigger space taken on the counter.

Only good thing, is the gold-option. The other options are mediocre.

Never worked from the start. Constant error codes, Only thing that ever worked properly was the on off button.

If the power button just blinks but dies not brew coffee without a error code make sure the drip stop lever is on brew coffee otherwise it will not work

I've had this coffee maker for 1 1/2 years and I am going to replace it soon because Im just not impressed. The dripstop feature can only be used during the brewing cycle, if its used after the fresh timer starts it shuts the machine off and you lose the 2 hour warming cycle I also wish it had a 4 hour option. It does make decent coffee and I like the hot water option but the coffee maker always drips coffee when the carafe is removed, and the paint on the warming pad is peeling off. This is also our 3rd coffee maker of the same model. the first 2 were replaced under warranty.
