Easy to put in
I bought this about a month ago and am glad I did it has improved my printing experience considerably. It was so easy to install with instant results.
Not happy with outcome
I bought this about 3/4 weeks ago, installed as instructed but now we get pages with lines across the top. We have tried all the deep cleaning, realignment and plate cleaning and still we get the lines. We did not have this problem before we purchased the maintenance cartridge. It occurs with the first 1 or 2 pages then it runs ok but once its not used for a while it goes back to the stripes across the page.
