Followed the instructions to download the software but although happy with IT normally, am still frustrated after a month.

Have the iPrint &scan installed but says it needs the full package. Have tried many times to install, hd VPN both off and on, have uninstalled all Brother software and tried to do a clean install but still little progress.

They badly need to sort out the sofware.

So quick crisp easy to read once printed ink jer used to clog if you did not use it for a while

The printer connected to my ageing PC with no problems. As a former professional printer I was impressed with the results straight out of the box

Used to have an ink jet . It was a nightmare , loud and constant paper jams etc. and limited features.

This printer is amazing , no paper jams, quiet and I love how you can connect it to multiple devices and print. I’ve found this very handy when using my phone or other machines.

The printing quality is also top notch , very crisp.

The Printer is a bit bulky , but at the same time smaller than many alternatives.

Quality is good only scans one side which is a real shame, really lets the thing down:(

The app is straight forward, easy to follow and quick to use.

The printer is quiet and quick when printing (it sounds a lot louder in my video than in person).

The print quality seems very high, good resolution and colour quality.

Changing toner cartridge is easy to replace.

I love that i can Connect the printer to devices via WiFi. And also using the app i can print from anywhere not having to worry if i am on the go and need to print somethings. The speed of printing and quality so good. That really helps when i have many documents to print in a short time scale

I love that it enables you to do many things such as scan, copy fax and print from the comfort of your own home. The writing on the box captures the printer perfectly ‘smarter home office printing’.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging of this product is clever, a strong handled carrier enables you to lift the device out of the box. There are lots of packaging tape strips and protective transport features that have to be removed first but show care has been taken to ensure it gets to you without damage. Once the toner orange plastic travel caps have been removed the printer literally just needs plugging and it’s ready to go. Connecting to WiFi can be done using manual method to enter key or using the button on your router. Have downloaded software onto my mobile and it enables quick registration and then a five minute download and install of the firmware.. so print quality and features. First job was to produce a copy using the auto feeder at the top, good quality print out and paper fed through to scan automatically which was great. Next came print from phone, easy to to do with iOS phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this product is great for use in the home office; it is a decent size to be effective but not take up too much room iin an environment where space is limited. The printing quality is that of an office or work environment and is so much quicker and more effecive than my old ink based printer.
