Great for walking, running and training. Stays out of the way, good noice cancellation and very good sound for earbuds. Better than many over-ears.

Not proffesional levels but for most that will not matter.

Microphone is good, with good filter so you can actually speak to people when out and about without picking up everything around you.

Good but not great for flights (some noice always leaks through), but great for bus and trains.

But if you are very sensetive, these plus proper over ear protection on a flight can not be beat.

Apple are as always irretating with never following standards, so works best with other Apple products. I have a Android phone which I use them most with. But if my macbook is nearby it always steals priority, can have some weird behaviours when they fight over the connection etc.

But easily fixed by disconnecting them from the laptop.
