But 2 times happened small complaints....ear wear band and ear band tip damaged..

Bought these to replace a previous beats pair, the sound quality is amazing and the noise cancelling is second to none. Great product

On the plane or on the train, you can easily listen to whispering in the movie. I also love immersion mode, great piece of engineering.

This is my 3rd Bose product after QC45 and Sports (still have these 2 products). Quality built and sound precision is unmatched. Excellent once again from Bose!

I’m getting complaints when I am on FaceTime / calls that background noise is very loud - is there a solution for this?

I own also the Bose Sport and love those too, it took a day or so to get used to the Ultra..it's very important firstly to have the correct size fittings for the ear, I used the Ultra without the APP first and wasn't very impressed, downloaded the App and now it's a whole new world..the Bose Sport are truly excellent if we are moving around a lot, I find them more secure, but in terms of sound quality the Ultra's are on another level, absolutely truly superb especially in 'immersive' just a wow

Just bought these the other day as i lost my other pair. And already i am loving them. I thought my previous pair were good (which they were)these are superior in so many ways. Having said that i am not surprised. Bose are my number 1 choice and thats because they always get it right!

Bought them for holiday. Noise cancelling is amazing, airport, flight noise perfect.

The sound on these is something else, the quality as youd expect from bose is incredible. The new feature, immersion is very different, interesting and I find it really good the sound somehow is around you, its like listening to multiple speakers.

Comfort is amazing, I could have these allday yes they are in my ears but the lt feel like they are not plugged in just comfortably resting there, shake head and they stay in,

I’ve had these for a couple of weeks, they were easy to set up and a great fit. I’ve had Bose Soundsport since they were released and I had high expectations for my upgrade - I wasn’t disappointed. Great that they turn on when inserted, and mute when one is removed. The tap and stroke controls for listening were easy to get used to. They’re excellent for music and phone calls. I’m really impressed by the noise cancelling.

Bought 2 months ago. Wanted to buy Jabra (best for my use of phone calls) but learned Jabra discontinued production.

I’ve had a few earbuds over years these are absolutely outstanding comfy sound quality unparalleled

Without doubt the best feature is the immersive playback. The noise cancelling is just wow. The sound is so clear and full it makes putting them on something to look forward to.

I bought these for my daily commute and they effectively cut out noise. The sound quality is excellent and the discounted prices they are an older model made the choice easy.

Very good sound and notice cancelling is working excellent. Multifunction and small charging case.

Only a week in with these but totally blown away an amazing piece of kit

While the sound quality of these ear buds is fantastic, their battery life is useless…mine expired half way through a second film in a recent flight! Given that their primary appeal is noise cancellation on a flight, they are not really fit for purpose! I also found the processing delay unacceptable resulting in a lip sync error of about 6 frames, again totally unacceptable for a product of this price. And if a that wasn’t enough, the touch sensitive controls also prove really annoying as it’s easy to accidentally change a setting . I will be returning mine. Very disappointing

Touch functions are easy to use and sound quality is unreal

I bought this product a month ago and this awesome. I was worried at first because I have small ears and it's really difficult to find earbuds that could fit well. Thanks to the customisation, i could make the earbud the perfect size for me. The sound is amazing, especially when you put the buds in immersion mode.
