Not very happy with phone , often overheats even when just web browsing , also camera freezes on numerous occasions and sometimes after taking pictures you realise they have not actually taken, would not recommend due to overheating which seems to be a known issue looking at other formums

This is my third Sony mobile phone, the last one being a Sony L1 which was still a good phone but ran Android 7. Many modern apps including the NHS app require a higher operating system hence the upgrade. The phone is very reliable, it holds a charge for ages, it is very quick to load and run apps and using Macdriod software it will talk to my Mac laptop. The screen is very good and the user facilities are great. I upgraded to Proshot which expands the camera options to rival a good DSLR. I am very pleased and look forward to years of use.

Purchased about two weeks ago, updates are a daily occurrence, why?

If large text is selected characters are blending into each other resulting in two line of text overlapping, unreadable. Keyboard impossible to operate unless you are about 5 to 10 years of age, or want to type with a suitable prodding device. Android Auto constantly dropping out unless phone left on and in car. I may take a hit and sell it to back market and get something better than this. Happy? definitely not. Iv'e had Sony Experia for years in the past as a business phone but this is nowhere near good as in the past. Wouls I buy Sony again, possibly not.

I've had Sony since the original Experia, having carelessly smashed my 10iii, I set about getting another Sony I veered back and forth between this and it's big brother. I plumped for the 10v because realistically I wouldn't use half the functions on the other.

This phone does everything I want quickly and silk smooth. I do not have any reservations about having got it, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

So much easier than the previous phones I've owned in the past.

I purchased Sony Xperia 10 V in Smart Black. I am pleased with the Long Buttery Life this phone has and it takes the sharpest/clearest photos which is fantastic.

Great light phone.... incredible battery life...huge upgrade from previous iphone

I've always had Sony Xperia phones because I just find them easier to work out and manage.

I've never had any other type of phone.

I upgraded to this phone from another Sony as I have had Sony for about 10 years and struggle to find anything as good for the price. Easy transfer from old to new.

Akunkesto todella hyvä ! Näyttö vosi aueta kaksoisnapautuksella. Sormenjälkiavaus lukituksesta vaatii opettelua. Hinta/laatu kodallaan. Sopivan kokoinen lyhytsormiselle.

I've only had the phone a couple of weeks but very pleased with the phone

Upgraded from earlier Sony model a few weeks ago. Great phone more than happy with it.

Akunkestosta, kaiuttimista ja puhelimen koosta iso plussa. Mutta itsellä puhelimessa puutteita esim. näytön avaamisen kanssa jatkuvasti ongelmia sekä sormenjälkitunnistuksessa. Whatsappissa ei suostu ottamaan kuvia vaan "jäätyy". Kamera tarkentaa itsekseen milloin mitenkin ja voisi olla parempikin kuvanlaatu hintaan nähden.

I am a "Sony" person, always change my old mobile for a new Sony. This time I changed a L3 (with me since November 2019) just because I could not find where to change a battery that is starting to swollen, very dangerous!! Now I bought a 10V. I am not happy with the transfer, I lost many data from my older the most important that making me cry are calendar and photos ( all my photos since 2004!!). I searched on Google for some tips but zero results. It is sad Sony doesn't keep a version that we, old costumers, could save our data

Cannot rate this phone highly enough. Camera is better than my iPhone and the batter with moderate use lasts 3 days. In general very easy to use. Love it and best phone purchase ever.

Easy to use, looks great the last phone was a Experia and I like the way it works, good for listening to music on.

Ostin puhelimen noin 6kk sitten, puhelin ei ole toiminut päivääkään kunnolla. Puhelin ollut jo kaksi kertaa takuuhuollossa ja aina vain toimii huonosti. Näyttö menee lukkoon, heittää peleistä pois...

Surprisingly easy to set up and transfer data. Features seem good. Turning off is a bit hit and miss - having to press two buttons! I keep on taking screenshots! I find it's taller than my last phone so coping with the size makes photography slow at times.

Had A 2, 5 Premium, Experia 1 which is a little glitchy but this 10v for the money more than happy!
