I bought this a month ago . It was easy to set up even though my TV was a Samsung it paired easily with. Both TV controls and the Sony controls work on the sound . It has given clarity to a number of programs where the sound is variable and it has a “ voice “ function which reduces the music and you can hear the words. Particularly good is night mode which still provides clarity with less overall volume . Really glad to have it

Easy to install, works seamlessly with Sony Bravia TV.

Getting best sound is so dependent on quality of original so you can be tweaking regularly.

Being Sony it's not cheap and getting sub woofer and rear speakers will be pricey.

My previous soundbar was in need of replacement, ideally this would be a single unit with built in subwoofer(s) that was sufficiently compact to fit in front of my TV. The HT-S2000 was top of my shortlist and has proved to be the correct option. The soundstage it creates is highly detailed, speech is crystal clear and for me there is sufficient bass to add weight to the sound, in a word the sound is immersive. Set-up is simple with just HDMI and power leads to plug in. Highly recommended.

This is now a month old. What a great bit of kit! It was easy to install. Turns itself on and off with my Sony TV and sounds amazing..... MY only wish is i should have bought it with the TV

This is a great sound bar and with the subwoofer it's perfect, hoping to get the rear speakers at some point.

Had this to go with new TV, technology has advansed well during the 9 years the old one lasted before being passed on still working well.

Great sound and voice clarity, good looks, fits in well.

Sound is certainly enhanced compared to TV speakers, but you would expect this as a minimum. My observations are around functionality and the need to switch off and on to resolve sound dropping out. Even with top quality hdmi connectors and adjusting multiple versions of settings, soundbar just cuts out on occasions.

Ostin Black Friday (28.11) tarjouksena Sony HT-S2000 soundbarin Sonyn 55 tuumaisen telkkarin kaveriksi. Hinta/laatu suhteen osalta vastannut kyllä odotuksia. Telkkarin äänentoisto parani kertaheitolla huomattavasti. Käyttöönotto oli tosi helppoa, HDMI piuha telkkarin HDMI arciin ja virta päälle. Äänen säätöominaisuuksia ehkä olisin kaivannut enemmän. Soundbar oli myös helppo liittää bluetoothin kautta läppäriin ja kännykkään. Lisäksi soundbariin saatavissa äppi kännykkään jonka kautta voi myös laitetta hallita. Saman päivän kuljetus toimi hienosti. Tilauksen tein aamupäivällä ja klo 14 tilaus oli käsitelty ja klo 17 otettu kuljetukseen ja arvioitu saapumisaika oli klo 19.04 ja paketti oli ovella klo 19.06.

Soundbar excellent value and performance. HOWEVER. the bravia app is impossible to use. Installed and reinstalled FOUR times and each time the process is successful but then after a short the app cannot detect the sound bar. Really frustrating

En voi suositella mitenkään, surkea ääni eikä säätömahdollisuutta, palauttaisin jos jaksaisin nähdä vaivaa tän eteen enempää...

Bought to replace a Bose sound bar that had started causing problems. This is an excellent piece of kit, looks good, good sound and super easy to connect up.

I bought this 2 weeks ago, its not much louder than my actual sony bravia 55inch tv,to be honest I'm not impressed 1 bit!.....

Käyttöönotto otto oli tosi helppoa. Elokuvien katselumukavuus äänien osalta hyvä.

Started off with the basic 150 sound bar but it lacked the bass , bought this one and it was vastly improved, you can adjust it via an app on your phone plus you can add a sub woofer and rear speakers if you want, so far I’ve found the system adequate for me .

Upgraded from a 5 year old smart tv with no added speakers/sound system and obviously it's a massive improvement. The layers of sound and cinema style sound movement is crazy. Can't recommend enough.

I’ve had my new soundbar a couple of weeks now and I am absolutely delighted with it. The sound is exceptional, the design is brilliant, just a perfect all round.

The first one stopped working after trying to switch it on for a second time. It was replaced. The second one is OK so far (though arrived in an old, faded box with a sticker on from someone else’s return!).

The sound would not sync up with the tv picture despite trying things suggested from Sony and online chats/forums. Had to use an optical cable. Lost the benefits that come with using an HDMI cable.

Sound is good, could do with a little more base, but I shouldn’t expect too much for the size of it. Voice clarity is good and the main reason I went for this soundbar.
