Don't put bras in🤦🏻‍♀️ Underwire and this washing machine doing go well, I haven't tried a delicate wash yet - definitely user error that one though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG washer/dryer. We were very pleased with our first one which we bought new almost ten years ago. This one is everything and more from the first one. The machine runs so quiet. A nice looking machine as well. Very happy with our purchase.

Replacing 8 year old AEG. First few uses of our new washing machine appear to be really good. Not used the tumble dryer yet. Only downside is the electric cable and cold water and waste hoses that aren't quite long enough. Also securing the waste hose to the drain is nigh on impossible and not as good as the AEG version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased LG as old washer Hotpoint had bearings failing. read reviews on LG and seemed really positive. I was not disappointed with my purchase of the LG F4Y513GBLN, really quiet, sturdy machine, direct drive motor so much better, good wash cycles, as well as a nice looking machine. 100% pleased with my purchase.

Disappointed to see only 2 settings take the larger load. No clear wool wash to select. No confirmation of temperature/spin selected. It maybe more heigh tech but lost some of the clear programmes I used on the older model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spin is quieter than expected. Rest of the cycles sound as expected. I had a hoover before which has an 80decibel rating on spin. This is 61 and the difference is huge. Water pump and the rest is as expectedand the old one. Overall happy considering the quieted claimed on the market is 2k!

A washing machine that is adequate for its purpose. Too much tech such as the LED dial.

Ostin koneen, kun vanha ei mahtunut uuden asunnon kylpyhuoneen ovesta sisään. Pesee hyvin, on hiljainen ja tosiaan pienikokoinen. Pesuohjelmia on todella kattavasti ja kuivaus tuntuu toimivan paremmin, kuin edellisessä.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good machine. Holds lots. Wash cycles are quick and clothes come out clean. My one gripe is that there is no wool wash! I hadn't even thought to check as I didn't realise washing machines could still come without this programme.

I bought this machine because a family member recommended it. It's a good machine – pretty easy to use. I'm still learning about the different functions but the ones I've used so far have been good. The drying function is also nice to have after only having a washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two issues, the first being the door allows the slightest drip of water to escape, nothing massive but I certainly would expect this from a new machine.

The second issue is that even though the machine is level, the floor is flat and the load is withing limits, the machine is a but wobbly, my previous machine was perfectly still, and whilst this machine isn't the worse, for the proce I paid I expected better. The self diagnostics also doesn't connect.

On a positive, the AI wash is great, the overall run time for the programmes are great and support with energy efficiency and all clothed have come out perfectly clean and in great condition.

It really is a mixed bag review, if you buy on a good offer then great but I wouldn't pay full price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AI Wash takes around 1 hr, AI Wash & Dry takes around 3hr 14mins. It is quite efficient and easy to handle.

The washing machine runs quietly. It does the job. I am missing dayly wash program 1-1.2h which matches tumble dryer time.

This washer advertises a 1kg larger capacity than our previous, however in real world use it is unable to handle anything more than 3-4kg due to the tiny drum size. This is compounded by the over conservative water usage on all programs all in the name of "efficiency" and saving water - it results in us having to do many many more loads than with our previous washer and regularly the clothes do not come out clean on any setting.

This morning I weighed out 4.5kg of mixed laundry, it filled the drum about 3/4 full. I added 50g powder detergent and 35ml fabric softener (following the instructions on the packaging) and used the "mixed fabric" wash cycle. The clothes came out smelling unclean and like body odour. I then rewashed the same clothes on the "AI" cycle to be greeted with the same results.

A massively disappointing washer, I have contacted LG in the hope they will allow me to exchange for a different model in good faith. I have owned the washer for under 30 days and purchased because of the many positive reviews on here, however after using the product myself I cannot see them as real reviews, they must be fake. This washer does not wash, and certainly cannot handle 9kg. It cannot handle 4.5kg. You will end up doing many many more loads with this washer. Only saving grace is that it is very quiet during operation and looks attractive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks good (though the oversize door does get in the way of the laundry basket), performs well and the touch screen is easy to use. Spanner for transit bolts was missing but borrowed one no problem. Also the inlet hose was on the short side, used my old one which was about 12 cm longer. Capacity is 2kg higher than my old W/D and this copes better with heavy linens. Overall I would recommend!

Would definitely recommend buying this machine especially with the 10 year guarantee on the motor included for free.
