The reduced depth was exactly what I was looking for to fit under my kitchen counter without compromising the quality of wash and load. Washes are quick and efficient. The AI option works really well from the results so far.

I have read a lot of reviews of different machines that show long wash cycles so was rather relieved that the first few washes have only been a bit over an hour. Have to wait until the cycle has started to discover wash time though. Maybe all machines are like this now? Haven’t dried yet. This machine is one of few around that isn’t very deep which was a necessity for me. Was very impressed with the delivery process and how I was kept up to date.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased to upgrade my old washing machine as my old one was 7kg which was not ideal for my family of 5. This 9kg machine is excellent as we go through atleast a load every day of darks and 1 load of whites a week. The programme are excellent as I am able to select what is perfect for the load. I am also able to download cycles through the app which is a excellent feature. I was able to wash very delicate clothes which were beaded heavily without it damaging and causing the beads to fall off. Another very good feature is it notify me on the phone when it has completed a cycle. Also the allergy care cycle is an excellent feature with a child having sensitive skin. This has proven well. The sound of the machine when it runs is quiet. Also the visible display is very good touch adding elegance to the overall appearance and informative aswell. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a year now, everything comes out creased, I regret purchasing it. It works well as a washing machine, but not as a dryer. I wish I bought separates. In fact, I expect I will buy a separate dryer too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this recently after my last lg washer broke. I previously had a lg washer that finally broke after 16 years with no breakdowns ever. Updated version is good but with all new technology it takes a bit of getting used to it but on the whole it is brilliant. New one is 1200max spin speed my old one was 1400 max but I personally can’t see any difference. Delivery was good and respectable of your home

I bought a combination washing machine and tumble dryer six months ago. I used the dryer only twice since purchasing it, and stopped using it because the clothes and the house started to smell bad. After researching the issue, I discovered that the door's rubber seal may be the cause of the problem. Is the worst material used for it. Now, I need to buy a separate tumble dryer, but I am unsure which brand to choose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased for my mother-in-law she loves the quite and elegant washing machine, programs are simple to use and it’s a no frills machine who can washes clothes well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes clothes really well with minimal washing liquid. The dryer makes an annoying humming sound but otherwise the spin is not loud at all. The clothes come out very crumpled when taking out of the dryer. The heat cannot be adjusted and the clothes are too hot to tpuch when the drying cycle finishes.

We purchased the washing machine in March 2025 after 5 weeks a DE2 fault appeared. 3 weeks after the fault appeared and 2 repair attempts later this was fixed. Jump to the beginning of August 2025 and the DE2 fault has appeared again. We are still waiting for this to be fixed 4 weeks later. I can't give this washing machine anymore than 1 star rating because of the reliability.
