[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes it so easy doing the washing as I can just set it on AI mode every time and it does the rest. Its so easy to get it installed and its surprisingly thin but can still hold loads. The colour of the machine looks really good as well, would recommend to anyone! Especially if you have other grey appliances.

The colour really goes with anything though. The user experience is also incredibly simple, just plug in, and wash. I found that even using the AI wash, it only took about 30 minutes, and when the cycle had finished, it was pretty dry, and the clothes were fully washed and smelt fresh. It seems the AI wash is using some smart technology to understand what's in the drum at any time, and creates the perfect cycle for it. It made it so easy and took out the thought behind washing clothes. I suffer from hay-fever too, so it's a big benefit that tha allergy care option is there, and the steam technology works on every cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Physically a bit smaller than my old machine but has a larger capacity. Easy to use once you have got used to it (having the the instruction booklet handy makes this a simple process). Runs much quieter than my old machine and actually gets my laundry clean. Los of variations on programs for those that like to choose how their clothes are washed, and a handy 14 minute wash for very lightly soiled laundry.

Also used the Trad Up on the LG website and saved a lot of money, AND they took my old machine away without me having to pay them.

The machine itself looks great. The washing and spinning is very quiet. The machine plays a little tune when it finishes. Which is a little annoying.

This is a great washing machine, it's compact and fits neatly under the counter. Our last washing machine was too deep (the depth hadn't included the doors protruding from the front of the machine) so we could never close the doors on the base unit housing. No problem with this machine and it's so quiet! It washes so much faster than our old machine and you can choose the spin and temperature for most of the settings. It washes well and we haven't had any problems with it, we're really pleased with it. It also plays a lovely little tune when it finishes and freaks out the cat :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an old non smart Bosch machine with the 9kg counter depth. Washing is ok but requires a lot of thought on the load. Duvet covers, towels and dressing gowns need consideration to balance the load otherwise it goes into endless attempts at load balancing. Had an engineer out and he said this was how machines worked now due to drum sensors. The engineer was surprised that the counter depth was a 9kg load (although only on 2 programs). I now wonder if I should have purchased a non counter depth machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a Miele for the last 14 years I was slightly apprehensive buying a different brand at a far lesser cost. I needn’t have worried, it’s a brilliant machine. I love the fact I can change temp/spin speeds on different programs and there’s a choice of quick washes as well as a useful AI function. Clothes come out cleaner than my old machine and it’s very quiet. The 1400 rpm is comparable with my last 1600 rpm and the 11kg drum easily holds all my king size bedding. I bought direct from LG at a great price including a trade in price to take my old machine away plus a 5 year warranty. I’m more than happy with my purchase and service from LG.

The reduced depth was exactly what I was looking for to fit under my kitchen counter without compromising the quality of wash and load. Washes are quick and efficient. The AI option works really well from the results so far.

I have read a lot of reviews of different machines that show long wash cycles so was rather relieved that the first few washes have only been a bit over an hour. Have to wait until the cycle has started to discover wash time though. Maybe all machines are like this now? Haven’t dried yet. This machine is one of few around that isn’t very deep which was a necessity for me. Was very impressed with the delivery process and how I was kept up to date.
