[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine is very quiet when running has many cycles and also a steam cycle. You can control the temperature of most of the cycles and the spin speed, which I couldn't do on my last machine, I prefer that flexibility. Its quite compact for a washer that can take a 13kg load. It has a very sleek design and I love the slate grey colour. Also adore the notification tune that plays when a load is finished and the fact that when its says end of cycle, you can actually open the door and not have to wait 5 mins like my previous machine which was tedious at times.The clothes are well wrung after the 1400 spin speed. Overall seems a very good purchase and also came with a 5 year warranty and 10 year parts and labour guarantee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Early days, but pretty good. Only 2 things that are slightly annoying. The App to use with the machine wouldn't connect to my WIFI. Very annoying. Secondly the machine had a load that was slightly off balance. During the spin mode it kept starting then failed. It kept doing this and was stuck at 8 minutes. There was no warning message on the screen, just had to figure it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working really quietly, it has good programs. There's an option to let AI decide, but then there is no information on the screen about the temperature and speed, only the time. At the end of the program, you hear a bit too long musical tune.

1. Drum very wobbly at high spin. What's this 'balanced load' all about?
2. Small glove ended up wrapped around drain filter so the machine wouldn't drain until I cleared it.
3. Lg website to register a nightmare.
4. Machine advertised a 5 year guarantee. But to do so you had to jump through all sorts of (rubbish) website hoops.

I recently purchased the LG 13kg washing machine and have been extremely impressed with its performance. The large capacity is perfect for washing bedding, towels, and family-sized loads, saving both time and energy by reducing the number of washes needed.

The machine is very quiet, even during the spin cycle, and the wash programmes are easy to select and use. Clothes come out exceptionally clean and fresh every time, while the powerful spin cycle helps reduce drying time.

I also appreciate the modern design, excellent build quality, and energy efficiency. The machine feels well-made and reliable, and it has made laundry much more convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had just over a year now and brilliant washing machine only down side is the rubber gasket as gone mildew and cant get it off but when washing whites some of the items come out with like blackest brown like mud. I've tried everything but no luck and ive never had a washing machine turn mildew

The only disadvantage is when changing temp of washing or spin speed there is nothing to show what I have chosen, you just have to presume it has understood my choices.

Lovely looking machine fits well under the work top. Very quiet when going & washes a full load really well no complaints so far hoping it last 17yrs like my last LG
