[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My LG washer dryer was delivered promptly and has been working very well so far, it's super quiet compared to the previous machine and seems to be reasonably quick too. I selected it mainly for the narrow depth to fit in my worktop (as the nearby dishwasher opens at a right angle, I can't afford for the washing machine to stick out) and in that respect it was a perfect choice. The only niggles are that it doesn't display the temperature for a selected programme unless you specifically change it, and also there isn't a quick "rinse out fluff" option for when you've dried something that may have shed some fluffy bits. I'm getting used to it though, and quite impressed so far.

This is such a good upgrade in our life, from a basic indesit washing machine to this fancy one. I also like that the door opens almost right after the cycle finishes, not taking forever like the previous one. This was my best money spent this year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good Quality as expected from LG. Very quiet operation. Clothes come out quite clean. I have to still try the AI wash mode. In the earlier models, the standard temperature of the wash came up on display. Does not happen on this machine, unless I have not set up correctly. You need to press the temp button to show the temp of the wash.

Hyvä pyykinpesukone ihmiselle, joka ei kaipaa erityisiä hienouksia. Kaikki pesuohjelmat joita ihminen tarvitsee ja mukavan hiljainen. Toivottavasti kestää kuten edellinen, joka oli samaa merkkiä ja suurin piirtein samanlainen. 10v jaksoi pestä, ennen kuin sanoi itsensä irti.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have expected a bit better. Funny smell after using 60 degrees cotton function, clothing quite wet. It is pretty quiet though and quick washes. Have not tried drying function yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It replaced another LG washing machine that served us for almost 9 years under really heavy use (two children, sports every other day). Compared to our previous LG, the plastics and controls look/feel cheaper, but I cannot comment more about what's inside, so far so good, performs as expected.

The process to register for a 5-year warranty is not straight forward, and by default you end up with a 2-year warranty and have to follow an additional process to get the extended one (that I got).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working really quietly, it has good programs. There's an option to let AI decide, but then there is no information on the screen about the temperature and speed, only the time. At the end of the program, you hear a bit too long musical tune.
