Already seeing a difference in white washes looking much brighter. The selection of washing programmes covers all the laundry needs in our house and I am already getting comments from the family on how much better clothes look compared to before. One very happy customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet. Does the job. A couple of quirks re the TEMP or SPIN buttons. With the display not showing any details pressing either button to change it results in TWO actions. The temp or spin is displayed BUT it’s been changed. Eg first press of SPIN displays 0 and then you have to press it so that 1200 is displayed. Press the TEMP button to set that. Press the SPIN button again and it’ll display 0 not the 1200.

Would be better if first press showed the current value and then subsequent presses changed it.

Last machine pump failed just after 5 year warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fabulous washing machine. After my old Samsung (all singing, all dancing) machine broke down due to a wiring harness issue, I looked around for another good model.

As a busy household of 6, our washing machine is used...a lot!!! I cant believe how quickly it runs through a cycle that used to take almost 2 hours. 1 hour and its done. The added bonus is it comes out so dry, the tumble dryer is also now complete in less than an hour.

The controls are simple to use and if your brave you can let the ai function take the guess wotk out for you for an even more efficient wash.

I don't ever write product reviews but this machine has exceeded my expectations and so far so good 🙂

Its whisper quiet, and spins at super speed! And its also quite small considering its 10kg capacity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really impressed with this washer, it has enough options to get your head around but not too many that it's overcomplicated. It's straight forward enough to get to grips with quickly, washes garments well, and plays a fun little ditty at the end of the wash. I particularly like the option to pause if you need to add something to the load and also the half load setting if you only need to do a small load of washing. I gave 4 stars as we wash small items like baby socks and most washes I've had to pull one or two out of the rubber door seal, I'm guessing this happens as the water drains as they always need wringing out and are dirtier than when they went in which is a bit annoying but in time as the socks get bigger I guess that won't be such a problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought from LG Direct sales at a good price; the machine is designed to fit under shorter counter top which was essential for my location.

Machine is reasonably quiet but appears to struggle to balance the load despite very careful levelling on a solid floor. (My previous Whirlpool machine was very happy there for 11 years).

After a few uses the machine leaked water at the end of the program onto the floor in front; not sure if it's from the door or the detergent draw but it is consistent and is definitely not from underneath the machine.

I've requested service for this but am disappointed that a brand new machine should require a service call so soon.
