Would definitely recommend buying this machine especially with the 10 year guarantee on the motor included for free.

Excellent washing machine and very quiet whilst spinning

Bought as a replacement for a 10 year old Samsung and delighted so far. AI mode is superb, so quiet, water usage very low as is the power consumption. You do need to experiment to get the very best from all the different settings but we’re so far very happy. One month in…hence in 4stars for now. Happy to recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old washing machine was a Samsung with a capacity of 11 kg. Just as it reached three years old, we had a problem with the drum, and the cost of repair was almost the same as buying a new one.

We were recommended to look LG brand. This is our first time purchasing their products and so far, the whole experience has been very positive and remarkable.

Drawer comes out clean after every wash and there's a AI cycle which takes the work out of figuring out what the fight wash is for your clothes - the AI function figures it out for you!

The washer dryer did not work at all.

It was not draining out the water properly.

I have resent the product and request for refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has lots of functions, have only used the AI cycle (59 mins) and Turbo Cotton (39 mins) so far but I'm very happy with it. It's super quiet and plays a lovely little tune once finished!

Already seeing a difference in white washes looking much brighter. The selection of washing programmes covers all the laundry needs in our house and I am already getting comments from the family on how much better clothes look compared to before. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet. Does the job. A couple of quirks re the TEMP or SPIN buttons. With the display not showing any details pressing either button to change it results in TWO actions. The temp or spin is displayed BUT it’s been changed. Eg first press of SPIN displays 0 and then you have to press it so that 1200 is displayed. Press the TEMP button to set that. Press the SPIN button again and it’ll display 0 not the 1200.

Would be better if first press showed the current value and then subsequent presses changed it.

Last machine pump failed just after 5 year warranty.

Couldn't be bothered with repair, as felt I'd had my money's worth from it,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fabulous washing machine. After my old Samsung (all singing, all dancing) machine broke down due to a wiring harness issue, I looked around for another good model.

As a busy household of 6, our washing machine is used...a lot!!! I cant believe how quickly it runs through a cycle that used to take almost 2 hours. 1 hour and its done. The added bonus is it comes out so dry, the tumble dryer is also now complete in less than an hour.

The controls are simple to use and if your brave you can let the ai function take the guess wotk out for you for an even more efficient wash.

I don't ever write product reviews but this machine has exceeded my expectations and so far so good 🙂

Its whisper quiet, and spins at super speed! And its also quite small considering its 10kg capacity.
