[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not get any drivers or software to work. Teams and Zoom would not recognize the microphones. The image quality was very poor. It does a good job digitally zooming in to people but it shows the processing of the image in the top corner all the time. I don't want that to show up to our meeting participants. I installed the ThinkSmart Cam software and it would never run. I tried it on multiple machines and it always crashed. I want this cam to work but it seems the software team did not match up with the hardware team upon launch. If they can fix the bugs I would try it again. The build quality felt great.
