The lamp looks great and works well as ambient lighting. Unfortunately, it’s a poor alarm clock, which was the main reason I bought it.

The LED display can’t be turned off, and it’s so bright that it actually makes it harder for me to fall asleep.

The alarm is far too easy to dismiss. A light tap on the lamp turns it off, and I don’t even remember doing it. There’s no way to adjust this sensitivity.

It feels like the designer either never struggled to wake up or never had to sleep next to this thing.
